Pros: The location was excellent. The place was spotless .
Cons: That only fault I would have is the 97 steps up to the property on the fifth floor. There was no mention of these on the site. It was a major struggle lugging suitcases up those stairs. Should be mentioned and the fact there is no elevator should also be mentioned .

Modern Apartment with Amazing Terrace with Views in Monti!
Pros: This was one of our favorite places on the trip, the well-equipped TERRACE is truly exceptional, not to mention the great views from the top floor kitchen/TV area (which are on the same floor as the terrace)! We ate lunch and dinner out there two nights. The apartment itself is really cool, but there are LOTS of stairs, some of which are very steep (it is on the top floor of the building) and it is not child-safe if you have babies or toddlers. Location is EXCEPTIONAL, you are only like 5-7 minutes from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, and Monti is a great neighborhood! Plentiful and cold air conditioning! Rent this property for the exceptional terrace and location!

Great apartments with nice location and incredible terrace
Pros: This apartment is perfect for the adults. I didn't feel any discomfort using stairs. The terrace is incredible - we have enjoyed our breakfast there.
Cons: We couldn't understand how to use the terrace cover. The door in the bathroom can be locked, but it can be easily opened by pushing it from the other side. Therefore, it's better not to close the door if you're alone.

Penthouse with a view.
Pros: The location is absolutely gorgeous. You are literally at the heart of Rome. On the same street there is a market place and multiple restaurants in every adjoining street. Still quiet in the evening, so you can rest peacefully. Spacious. Penthouse with a westward view towards Altare della Patria and Campitelli dominating the view.
Cons: Some signs of heavy use: master bedrooms shades broken a bit, bigger bathrooms window’s lock broken so window will open when windy, smaller bathrooms lock broken and door window from several places, some of the furniture upstairs are broken. Somewhat dirty upon arrival. Please note it’s a penthouse apartment in a house with small corridors and no elevator. Not suitable for elderly and hard for toddlers.

Amazing location, but facilities need improvement
Pros: The apartment is in an absolutely unbeatable location, just steps from the Forum and the Colosseum. The terrace is wonderful, with truly breathtaking views. The space is large and clean, and communication with the host was excellent, they were extremely helpful, even bringing our bags up the stairs. Also, being on the top floor, it is very quiet at night.
Cons: Given the caliber of the property, I was expecting better facilities and maintenance. The doorknob in the master bedroom was loose and coming off, the shower had virtually no water pressure, and the washing machine was dirty and still full of water upon our arrival. Plus, several basic household necessities were missing: dish soap, conditioner, and sufficient coffee pods (only enough for half of our stay). Only a small combined body-hair soap was provided. These are relatively inexpensive fixes that would have significantly improved the overall experience.

Un séjour au top !
Pros: La terrasse, la vue, l’emplacement et la déco sont top !
Cons: Nous avons eu un problème de clé le dernier soir, il a fallu 2 h 30 pour le régler (pas de réseau dans les escaliers et il a fallu envoyer successivement une video pour montrer comment on faisait avec la clé, puis envoyer la photo des 2 jeux de clés avant finalement qu’un serrurier soit envoyé). Il y a aussi de nombreux escaliers raides à grimper pour atteindre l’appartement, cardiaques et asthmatiques s’abstenir, mais c’est le prix à payer pour la terrasse et la vue.

Super séjour à recommander
Pros: Super terrace et vue sur les toits, la rue est tranquille mais proche de plein de sites intéressants et tout près d’une place avec bars et restaurants. Appartement en duplex très agréable. Quelques marches à grimper pour arriver dans l’appartement et dans l’espace à vivre mais ça en vaut la peine

Un apartamento con un encanto especial
Pros: El apartamento tiene mucho encanto. Merece la pena subir las escaleras (son muchas) porque la vista desde la espaciosa terraza es espectacular. Las dos habitaciones son muy grandes y cómodas y los dos baños son completos y muy bonitos. En la planta superior hay una cama turca con tele y una cocina en la que da gusto cocinar. Las vistas son maravillosas sobre los tejados de Roma con las ruinas de los Foros Romanos al fondo. La zona es muy animada por la noche con sitios con mucho encanto. No obstante no hay ruido nocturno y se descansa perfectamente.
Cons: Podría haber más vasos y tazas.

Buon soggiorno in zoana strategica per visitare Roma
Pros: La casa è molto carina e spaziosa,la terrazza decisamete godibile quando le temperature lo consentono con una vista magica su Roma,la posizione è strategica ( proprio dietro i fori imperiali ) a poca distanza dal Colosseo e dall'altare della patria diciamo che è perfetta se si vuole girare a piedi per visitare le principali attrazioni della città.Nelle vie limitrofe a disposizione diversi locali ed osterie caratteristici.
Cons: Alcune rifiniture andrebbero curate maggiormente ( esempio le tavole dei Water entrambe rotte ) ,i caloriferi nei 2 bagni non erano funzionanti ( mentre gli altri si ) però magari non sono stato io in grado di attivarli. L'appartamento si trova al 4 piano senza ascensore ( io ero con la famiglia ma le mie figlie 14 e 7 anni hanno gambe forti :) ) se si viaggia con bimbi piccoli e sopratutto passeggini può risultare scomodo però è una valutazione che ognuno deve fare per se anche perche la cosa è segnalata dall'host.
