Nice hotel, super helpful staff

Pros: The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and cool, which is perfect for the summer weather in Rome. However, the walls are quite thin, so you can hear your neighbors.

Amazing and comfortable.

Pros: The property is at an amazing location , just few meters walking distance from the Colloseo and the Palantin Hills . The staff is extremely friendly and polite. The rooftop restaurant possess an amazing view of the Monument Victorio Emanuelle . Recommend it for everyone that wants to stay at a quiet place but located at the top Center of Rome !!

nice little spot

Pros: Beautiful area! convenient to many attractions and do many places to eat, including their amazing rooftop restaurant for breakfast and the delicious restaurant on site. My first day I was very sick. The staff were so absolutely amazing in their help! So grateful to them!

Cons: we were just a bit disappointed in the arrangements they made for us for airport transfer. we made an agreement on cost and we're only told after we landed the cost changed. we even spoke to Rocco, the transfer attendant, the day before our trip and no mention of the change. By the time we were told it was too late to find other arrangements. As well they were not waiting for us at the airport and the air conditioning in a van that the windows could not be opened was not working well. Very disappointed in this situation. The price was even quoted on our welcome info on our desk in the room. We were warned of this practice worth transfers and taxis. I suggest using UBER in big cities like Rome. this way you prepay and are not charged more!

Hidden gem in the heart of rome

Pros: Absolutely amazing location, so close and easy to walk to main attractions and other parts of the city, surrounded by good local eats and aperitif places The room is very nice and clean, cleaners do a very good job and staff were very accommodating and helpful during our stay
