Simply phenomenal

Pros: Amazing location and beautiful flat equipped with everything you can possibly need - could easily stay there for a week or mote. The decor is traditional which is very refreshing with today’s minimalist trends. We couldn’t ask for a better accommodation, especially for this price.

Cons: Mornings can be noisy as nearby restaurants are throwing out trash, incl. glass bottles. It’s what you get when staying this central so it wasn’t much of a problem, for more sensitive ears sound stoppers may be needed.

Good place to stay in a trendy area of Rome

Pros: The flat was very comfortable and in a great location.

Cons: It was a bit noisy at night and there was not a lot of natural light.

Great location

Pros: Lovely apartment in a fantastic location, easy to reach all the sights either on foot or by the metro which is a 2 minute walk away. Colosseum 5 minutes away. Lots of bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Hosts very responsive and helpful.

Great location, apartment and host

Pros: The location is amazing. Great restaurants, coffee shops, shops, mini-markets close to the apartment. As you exit the building, turn right then left and you can see Colosseum( 5-7 minutes walking). Great italian pizza at Boccacia( 30 seconds away). In the morning- Bar La licata( on the corner). The apartment is small but chic, the couch is comfy and has extra bed sheets/ towels, has 2 air conditioners and Francesca is a good host and has a lot of recommendations. The pictures are from the morning we left.

Cons: The floor was a bit dirty and was dust on some surfaces. Even though there is a vacuum and a broom it was not enough to keep the floors clean while we stayed. There should be a bucket and a mop or at least a swiffer mop. And the ac in the bedroom smelled moldy but that was not such big of a problem because it’s another ac in the other room.

A lovey stay in a really great location!

Pros: A lovely, cozy apartment, a few minutes away from the Colosseum. The self check-in process is very smooth, the host is responsive. We really appreciated the comfortable bed and pillows and air conditioning in both rooms. Few steps from the apartment, there's a lovely cafe/bar La Licata - a great spot to grab some fresh pastries and coffee and eat them in a beautiful tiny square right next to it, we went there every day.

Cons: The only thing that affected our stay is the really poor sound-proofing - we were woken up all 3 mornings by the running and shouting of the kids upstairs, but it's probably not something that can be fixed in such an old building, so maybe grabbing some ear-plugs would be a good idea.

Perfect

Pros: The appartement was very clean and very well located. We were close to everything. Lots of good restaurants in the street. We would definitely come back again.

Pros: The apartment is perfect for a couple, comfortable clean and beautiful in a great location in Rome. There are restaurants, pizza places, bars and mini markets very very close to it.
