Pros: It was a very clean and well kept home. Small and cozy but good for 2 people. I’m a very nice and silent neighbourhood so that was another bonus. The property has everything you need for a short stay. I stayed there for a week and never had any trouble. Good restaurants and pizza places at a walking distance and a supermarket at a walking distance too so it was well worth the stay. The property itself again was very clean and well kept. Looks like it was recently renovated so everything was absolutely perfect.

Pros: This place was realy great. Verry clean and cozy. Location is perfect. Bus stop few Steps away and takes only half an hour to the center. Shoping center is less than 10min walk. It is also peacful and quiet. Luca the owner was perfect. He is non stop reachable ond responsive. He helped me and my son with everything that we needed. Everything about this stay was above my expectations

Pros: Struttura ben dotata, ottima per brevi soggiorni a Roma. Metro non vicina, noi ci siamo andati in auto con la quale abbiamo raggiunto la stazione metro più vicina e ci siamo quindi spostati in lungo e in largo senza problemi. Nel monolocale non manca nulla, facile il self check-in e comodo il parcheggio davanti all'abitazione. Scelta per noi perfetta

Cons: In inverno non si scalda facilmente, bisogna impostare temperatura 30°C, ma forse è solo un tema di filtro. Suggerisco una coperta un po' più pesante in camera in questa stagione.

Pros: Nuovo, carino, con tutti gli optional. Super pro: il posto macchina fuori dalla porta, che poi solo successivamente ho scoperto essere un lusso !!

Cons: Quando fa freddo, il pavimento è davvero freddo ed il condizionatore ci mette un po' a riscaldare la camera (ma basta accenderlo ed andare a fare un giro che quando si torna c'è un bel tepore)
