Urban Loft - San Giovanni by RHR

Pros: Nice, clean, well furbished, totally new apartment. The bathroom was especially very spacious and clean. Check-in was smooth, although there was no key, you have to use your phone and an online site to unlock the doors - for us, it was convenient, but it is good to know. There is an online chatbot available for general questions, but we could reach a human quite easily when it was needed, and our problem with the wifi password was solved quickly. Overall, the location is good, not too close to the city (not walking distance), but easy to reach via buses - that run frequently - within 20-25 minutes from the city center. The neighbourhood was fine, tidy, with some cute local cafés.

Cons: It was a bit noisy, you could overhear the television of the neighbour in the bathroom. Sometimes the smells were not the best, might have been coming from the sewage system.

Carino, comodo e completo.

Pros: L'appartamento è molto carino, completo e comodo per passare qualche giorno. Ci sono diversi negozi a una distanza non molto lontana.

Cons: La zona e i vicini sono molto rumorosi, ma non è colpa del proprietario, dato che le finestre sono insonorizzate ma si sente abbastanza rumore di giorno e di notte. Si deve tenere conto che è abbastanza lontano dal centro e si deve combinare mezzi pubblici per quasi tutto.

Bom, exceto alguns inconvenientes...

Pros: A localização do apartamento é ótima, próximo a ponto de ônibus e estações do metrô. Além da infraestrutura do apartamento que é ótima e está de acordo com as fotos do anúncio.

Cons: Só é possível abrir o apartamento com Internet no celular e como eu estava chegando do Brasil eu não tinha Internet no celular e demorei mais de 3h na região procurando um local para comprar um chip com Internet, eu estava com a minha mãe, uma senhora de 69 anos em qual ficou sentada em frente ao apto pois eu não conseguia abrir. Acredito ser bom informar que a pessoa precisa de Internet para entrar para não passar pelo caos que passei quando cheguei... além disso, a faxina chegou e abriu a porta do apartamento antes do meu check-out, minha mãe estava saindo di banho e gerou um super desconforto. Abriram a porta do apto sem nosso consentimento as 9.50 da manhã.

Pros: Lokalizacja dogodna do zwiedzania Rzymu, parę minut od centrum miasta autobusem ok 2 km od głównej atrakcji Koloseum , jeżeli chodzi o proces odbioru dostępu do mieszkania to trochę proces przekombinowany ale wygodny. Podatek miejski płatny podczas składania dokumentów Meldunkowych (taki obowiązek we Włoszech) oraz otrzymujesz właśnie podczas tego procesu link do otwarcia mieszkania ponieważ dostęp jest online

Cons: dla starszej osoby , gdzie telefon służy do dzwonienia book-in do mieszkania może być utrudniony Ale poza tym obiekt spełnił oczekiwania

Está bien para un par de días parados personas

Pros: Estaba todo muy limpio, tenía iluminación suficiente , el barrio es seguro

Cons: No hay muchos utensilios de cocina pero hay lo necesario, no había agua caliente en la ducha el último día
