Wonderful!

Pros: Spacious, clean and comfortable for our large group! The personal was very accommodating to our questions!

Cons: The air condition on the ground floor needs an update!

Pros: The place was very clean and comfortable. Also, the host also were very responsive to any queries we had.

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The location was fantastic, close to everything. It is a very large apartment being able to cater for our family of 5 easily with plenty of space. Francesco and Daria were very accommodating, answering any questions we had. Will definitely consider staying here again in Rome.

Cons: Nothing really. The only comment I would make is that when having a shower the hot and cold tap is opposite.

Good location - walkable distance from all the attractions. Spacious bedrooms!

Pros: The location was very good and the beautiful courtyard was a peaceful change to the business of the city centre. This is a duplex apartment with bedrooms on the second level. Each bedroom offered a generous amount of space and gorgeous dressing rooms. Beds were comfortable and so too was the lounge area, with great stair lighting and modern touches. It should be noted that only one bedroom is a true en-suite though, with another main bathroom being on the landing and the 3rd bathroom being on the ground floor (like a cloakroom). The kitchen is the least well appointed that I have experienced, and didn't have many cups and plates for a family of 5. The management would benefit from leaving clear instructions on what overloads the fuse box and what does not. We were trying to cook whilst running the washing machine so it took much longer as we had several outages before we worked out we couldn't have 3 hot plates on at the same time. (Easily fixed with instructions)

Cons: The showers: They are well appointed but the hot/cold water needs to be sorted. In the ensuite, the settings were really difficult to figure out and even 1mm the wrong way and you're getting 3rd degree burns. Turning the shower tap completely to the opposite side brought no change in temperature either. Again, easily fixed with a plumber.

Beautiful apartment

Pros: Gorgeous, huge apartment with beautiful old furniture. Comfortable beds. Spacious, modern bathrooms. Very nice patio in front. The location is superb.

Cons: It was a little bit cold when we arrived.

Cons: Showers had no pressure and it was very hard to get temperature right. The WiFi wasn’t great either.

Pros: The host made sure all our needs were met. He even set up a Christmas tree for us to celebrate the season. The host was contactable even late at night. The host guided us very clearly on how to find the apartment and the entry into it.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The apartment was very big, it has 2 floors, perfect for 4-6 people. It was a little bit old but clean and well maintained.

Excellent roomy apartment in great location

Pros: Amazing location right off del Corso and close to Spanish steps. Entry on ground floor, 3 double bedrooms upstairs and fold out couch downstairs. Air con and tvs in all rooms. Plenty of room for group of 5. You have to pick up keys from another location but was easy and not far from property. Excellent and fast communication on WhatsApp when we had a couple of hick ups. 1 of our bags didn’t make it off the plane and they liased with airline to have it delivered to our apartment. Would stay here again.
