Great for a short stay in Rome.

Pros: A beautiful, clean, air-conditioned apartment which is big enough for 4 people. It was a pity that in the 40° heat, it was too hot to use the very spacious balcony while we stayed there. The apartment is very close to the bus stop where you can catch a variety of buses to the underground.

Cons: The sofa bed in the kitchen is a little uncomfortable and maybe some instructions would be useful for how to use the coffee machine and where to put the rubbish at the end of the stay. Does the rubbish need to be separated into categories?

Pros: Nice apartment that is clean and well appointed. 900m walk to a train station and 300m to a good supermarket.

excellent modern apartment. Great communication from our host before and during our stay.

Pros: Nice modern and spacious rooms. Great kitchen facilities. Close to supermarket, public transport, airport and city centre.

Cons: car parking is sometimes difficult in peak period, but was able to park on the street a short walk from the accommodation.

Pros: The apartment was perfect. So big and clean and everything you could want/need. Owner was so nice and very easy to contact.

Cons: Nothing as it suited a business trip. Perfect for the nearby conference center. You would maybe want a car if it was a leisure trip as its a little far from the center and 30min walk to nearest metro.

It is a must stay from us. Excellent.

Pros: We loved everything about the property. Extremely clean, well appointed with everything you need. Two great air conditioners which was a pleasant surprise. Car park is huge and just out of the front of the accommodation. English speaking Channel on the TV which was a great surprise. Owner is lovely and helpful. Very close to some shops, restaurants and bus line. If you have a car, very close to Rome. Stay here with confidence that you will be very comfortable.

Cons: There is nothing we didn’t like.

Pros: Nice calm location, no problem with communication with owner, kitchen with everything you need to cook, very fresh and clean flat. Parking near house. We were really happy to stay here while we were enjoying staying in Rome. We used sharing bikes and scooters as source of travel. You can also use metro but riding a bike in Rome is pleasure core memory!

Pros: La gentilezza dei proprietari la disponibilità e gli accessori tipo caffe acqua altre tisane e la disponibilità di tutto l'occorrente

Cons: forse il riscaldamento deve essere migliorato e di piu facile utilizzo

Pros: Posizione, pulizia, gentilezza, parcheggio, spazio esterno fantastico

Pros: Appartamento pulito e accogliente, con un proprietario gentile e disponibile.

Raccomandato

Pros: proprietari/gestori disponibili check-in/out: ok posizione: ottima per le mie esigenze lavorative - ho potuto muovermi a piedi, che a Roma non è poco, considerando la disponibilità/efficienza di taxi e/o mezzi pubblici)

Cons: posizione meno buona per la sera: nessun ristorante nei dintorni, a parte alcuni fast-food colazione: da migliorare - disponibile solo una selezione di the/caffè/tisane; 2 fette biscottate non guasterebbero
