Pros: Excellent location, room was nice, clean and comfortable. Coffee and cookies were available, nice touch!

Fantastic room and staff close to the city centre

Pros: Fantastic room and staff. We were really well looked after and enjoyed its close proximity to the centre.

Cons: The only changes I could possibly recommend are thick lamp shades and 2700K light bulbs for the bed side lights. Other than that it was fab!

Excellent place you will want come back to.

Pros: Property is has new furnitures, everything is clean and well designed, you have everything you need for the comfortable stay. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The stuff is very kind, helpful and professional. The other advantage is the location - the center of Trastevere, nearby the bus stop, bars and restaurants. I could have not imagined a better place to stay in Rome. We are coming back there every time.

Pros: The room was clean, cozy, and stylishly decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and the location was perfect . walking distance to many major sights and well connected by public transport. The host was friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out was smooth and flexible.

Cons: Everything was great, no complaints.

Pros: Loved everything about the property. The communication was excellent and Cinzia was such gracious hostess. The room was super clean and was cleaned every day. By the time we returned from our daily sightseeing trips the bedding was changed, fresh towels were put in the bathroom and we returned each day to a room smelling gorgeous and spotlessly clean. The tram stop was literally at the doorstep and took us within minutes into the heart of the city. The best homemade Italian food can be had next door to the property at the‘Pizza in Trastevere’ restaurant. The property is surrounded by wonderful restaurants, cafes and gelatarias. Overall, one of the best places I’ve stayed in. I will definitely be staying there again. Gracie Cinzia.

Cons: The room being a bit further away from the WiFi router, the signal strength in the room wasn’t that great, but that can easily fixed by putting in a WiFi extender.

Pros: Very clean, comfy bed, good AC, very nice staff (family owned i guess). Tram number 8 stopped outside the gate and took you to central Rome in like 5 minutes.

It was a great place to stay, a very good location, very helpful hosts. I would choose it again.

Pros: The host was very friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange a taxi drive for early morning of the departure day, it was good value for money and custom-tailored approach. They gave us recommendations of a few good places to eat in the neighbourhood, on a map, which was nice.

Cons: Everything was just as expected. The walls between rooms are thin, which we noticed only once, because our neighbours turned out to be two lovebirds. We laughed about it, otherwise everything was according to expectations.

I can rest well at this guest house. The location helped our good trip!

Pros: Its location is very good to sightseeing in Rome! Near the bus stop and there are some restaurants around there.

Cons: Shower is sometimes cold suddenly. But if I wait a few minutes with full volume shower, it becomes warm again.

An unforgettable stay

Pros: Everything was great. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The location of Etsy Guest House is in walking distance of lively Trastevere and there is a Tram station right next to it. Our room was big, clean, and warm and the host was kind and charming.

Cons: The only thing I can say is that we could here car noise from street but it was not serious.
