overall everything is fine, worth recommending

Pros: very clean apartment, good localisation, very nice owner of the house

Cons: no water kettle, no dishwasher tablets, few cups, no cutting knife

Pros: We had an amazing stay and definitely recomend it! For starters the house is at a great location,on the 6th floor with access via elevator,with the best pizzeria right across,a bakery on the other corner and coffee,supermarket and metro station around the corner But most importantly the house was very clean. Everything smelled great,the towels were like new and the bathroom was awesome. Also a big thank you to the host as he was very accommodating and a great help with what we can do around the city and where to eat. I honestly recommend it! Enjoy!

Pros: Clean and bright apartment, nicely furnished and fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and air-con available, however in May we didn't need to use it. Perfect location - only 5 min walk to metro station. In general the apartment exceeded our expectations and the only thing that might be disadvantage is mediocre sound-proofing, but for us it was not a problem and next time in Rome would definitely stay in same place. Last but not least very kind host, who waited for us at check-in. Highly recommended place.

Pros: De host is via whatsapp bereikbaar, clean , alles aanwezig voor nespresso, griefelijke keuken en badkamer en ruime slaapkamer.

Pros: Everything was great. The apartment was clean, well equipped, comfortable. We got complementary tea and coffee capsules. The owner was nice and helpful.

Cons: The flat was well equipped but a microwave oven would be useful.

Apartamento excelente

Pros: Todo reformado, muy limpio y muy cómodo. Además muy silencioso, se duerme muy bien. La ubicación es muy buena porque está al lado de una parada de metro y un supermercado.

Cons: Por poner alguna pega diría que estaba cortito de menaje de la cocina y que un microondas siempre es muy práctico.

Soggiorno breve, ma con aria di casa

Pros: La casa è molto accogliente, fornita di tutti gli accessori necessari. Ho apprezzato le piccole accortezze, come lasciare un bottiglia d'acqua in frigo, trovare il condizionatorio accesso all'arrivo, il sale, olio e pepe indispensabili per cucinare. Il proprietario flessibile con l'orario. Anche il bagno è accessoriato. Sicuramente ritornerò.

Super séjour! Super appartement!

Pros: Ce logement est très bien situé car nous sommes à 3 minutes du métro à pied et il y a un supermarché à 2 minutes. Le métro amène à tous les lieux touristiques principaux sans devoir changer de ligne. Il y a des restaurants à proximité ainsi qu'un centre commercial à 2 minutes à pied. Il y a également une gare à 15 minutes à pied, qui permet de se rendre à l'aéroport de Fiumicino. (En revanche il peut y avoir des problèmes avec ces trains) La résidence est très calme, il y a un ascenseur (il faut monter quelques marches pour y accéder). Des poubelles publiques sont juste en face de la résidence. Le logement est très propre, bien équipé (lave-linge et lave-vaisselle), et il sent bon. Il est même très grand pour 2 personnes.
