A quiet, charming location close to St. Peter’s Square, with a very kind host
Pros: The apartment is located just a 10-minute walk from St. Peter’s Square, on a very quiet and atmospheric street. The host is extremely kind and welcoming - we were greeted with refreshments upon arrival. The apartment is clean, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything needed. Outside the kitchen window there is an orange tree, and in front of the stairway entrance there are lemon trees, which adds to the charm of the place. A Carrefour supermarket is only a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to buy groceries. We will definitely come back.

Pros: The appartment was comfortable, very close to Vatican museum. The owner is so kind and easy to communicate. Honestly, I highly recommend it!

I had a wonderful week in Rome and enjoyed returning home every night to an amazing hot shower and a comfortable bed.
Pros: The house is located on a quiet, charming street yet very near to restaurants, busses, trains, etc.
Cons: There was nothing i didn’t like. It exceeded all expectations.

I recommend this apartment for people who came to visit Rome.
Pros: The apartment was clean and located near Vatican. There is a lot of space and all appliances (like coffee machine, iron) you may need. It is a quiet neighbourhood without any loud restaurants which is a real advanatage.
Cons: The only drawbacks I can think of are the thin walls which cause the feeling that the neighbours next door are in ur apartment and no balcony or place to sit outside in the evening if you wish to stay at home.

Perfect place for a calm stay in Rome.
Pros: The apartment was a perfect place for our stay in Rome and I can recommend it for everyone! The place was spotless clean, had all necessary utensils and AC which can help survive hot days. Everything is good designed and modern there. Good location in a calm neighbourhood with 15 minutes walking distance to Vatican City and around 25-30 minutes to Trastevere and historic centre of Rome. Train station and bus stop nearby makes travelling through Rome very easy. Besides, Nicolò is a great host - very proactive and carrying. Contact was easy, self checking-in was fast and hassle-free. Cannot recommend this place more. :)
Cons: Everything was perfect, so I cannot say that something was wrong.

Ottima esperienza e rapporto qualità prezzo
Pros: La casa molto accogliente, curata nei dettagli, pulita, abbiamo anche trovato degli snack al nostro arrivo per una piccola colazione. La cucina attrezzata di tutte le stoviglie necessarie. Letto e divano letto molto comodi. Posizione ottima, in un quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso, vicinissima alla stazione dei bus e dei treni, ma dal centro ci si arriva anche con una bella passeggiata. Gli host davvero gentili e disponibili per ogni esigenza, accesso alla struttura semplice e check-in al nostro arrivo, prima dell'orario stabilito. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
Cons: C'è stato un errore di valutazione, da parte nostra, nella comprensione degli spazi al momento della prenotazione, ci aspettavamo di trovare un letto matrimoniale e due divani letto, tutti e tre in stanze diverse. Ma non è stato assolutamente un problema.
