The host has made effort to be a good host, however, if they try a bit better, it 'd be a good place
Pros: They made up the bed for us, so it is nice that the third room is ready. The rooms are spacious. Buses are very closes, metro is 12 min away, the area is mostly quiet at night and safe.
Cons: Some times they are slow in responding, the appartment can be quite nice with a little effort, the utensils, the cleanness of the floor, the extractor fan did not work. At night it can be quite cold, but no way to warm up the room. In one room there is no hangers for clothes, this can be simply fixed.

Spacious apartment in a busy but nice neighborhood p.
Pros: Large rooms. Location. Supermarket Conad is less than 100 meters away. There are bars and tobacco close by. Bus stops very close.
Cons: The lighting in the kitchen is poor. The light above the stove was burnt out. No living room. No prior indication from management about water heater switch. Noisy rush hour.

Pros: L’appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto, curato, ben arredato e dotato di ogni comfort. Si trova in una zona perfetta, nel cuore di Corso Trieste, con tutti i servizi a portata di mano: supermercati, farmacie e soprattutto la metro a pochi passi, che rende gli spostamenti comodissimi. Il palazzo è elegante, con ascensore e servizio di portineria, e l’appartamento è situato al primo piano, silenzioso e accogliente. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Andrea, il proprietario, che si è dimostrato davvero una persona squisita: sempre disponibile, attento e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Un’ospitalità impeccabile che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo!

Fijn om vanuit een prettige buurt en appartement Rome te beleven!
Pros: Heel mooie en Italiaans authentieke omgeving. Mooie condominio. Comfortabel appartement. Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Rome, zonder de hectiek van het toeristische centrum. Met bus en te voet is het centrum prima bereikbaar.

Muy buena estancia piso muy bueno en su conjunto
Pros: El dueño, Alina y Manfredi muy buenos comunicadores y amables. Todo fue fácil. El apartamento es amplio, luminoso y cómodo. Muchos armarios y cómodas para guardar cosas, televisores en cada habitación (no lo use´), cocina bien equipada (casi no la usamos) aunque le falta el lavavajillas. Condicionadores en todas las habitaciones. Hay un mercado cerca (para verdura Gelsomina y para carne Pino, justo al entrar), un bar/pizzeria (Agostino, un mito de mi juventud), un quiosco de tabaco y dos supermercados muy cerca. Autobúses al lado (el transporte público de roma es bastante malo e incómodo).
Cons: Es un primer piso que mira a una calle muy transitata (Corso Trieste). Hay que tener las ventanas cerradas para mantener el silencio. a la cocina falta el lavavajillas, si se va a usar mucho, Me faltaron las toallas del bidet, que pedí a mis familiares que viven cerca.

Pros: Perfetta per la vicinanza ai nostri amici in un quartiere che per noi è’ molto bello
Cons: Alcune prese non funzionano e mancano alcuni appoggi come in bagno Peccato sia minimo 2 notti perché farebbe comodo poter alloggiare anche solo 1 notte alla volta

Elegante appartamento in un magnifico stabile
Pros: La posizione e la grandezza dell'appartamento, la possibilità di utilizzare la cucina e la pulizia in generale. L'appartamento si trova in un magnifico stabile con una entrata importante, vicino ad una delle migliori pizzerie di Roma Agostino. Servizio di check-in e check-out veloce e gentilezza del personale.
Cons: Gruppo doccia con manopola rotta, rubinetto cucina gocciolante e asciugamani bucati. Consiglio un mobile contenitore in bagno sotto la finestra. Dettagli che migliorerebbero la qualità del servizio.
