Great apartment in a perfect location

Pros: The apartment is very nice, good care for details and there is everything one needs. The location is also great, if one does not want to stay in the very historical centre but in a fancy and a bit posh area, with elegant buildings, restaurants and cafes. Close to Termini station and public transports. We rented a car and we always managed to park in front of the house, which in Rome is almost impossibile

Pros: You can find even more comfort at Mario's house than in your own home. Everything you could possibly need was available in the house. The beds, kitchen, and bathroom were spotless. You can reach Termini and the city center within 15 minutes by taking bus numbers 38 and 88 from the stop just 100 meters away. Many thanks to Mario and his wife for their help and kindness.

Esperienza bellissima

Pros: Era tutto perfetto. Alla casa non mancava niente, tutta pulita e molto bene organizzata. La location perfetta in una zona bellissima e tranquilla. Gli proprietari gentilissimi e sempre disposti ad aiutare. Abbiamo chiesto un early check in e un late check out e non avevano nessun problema.

Wir würden bei der nächsten Romreise sehr gerne wieder diese Wohnung buchen!

Pros: Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Mario und seine Frau Elena für ihre Gastfreundschaft!. Die Anreise mit persönlicher Schlüsselübergabe war auch spätabends möglich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt! Die Wohnung liegt in einem schönen Villenviertel zentrumsnah, sehr gut mit mehreren Buslinien zu erreichen.

Pros: Всичко беше чудесно. Мястото е комуникативно,градският транспорт е наблизо. Кварталът е тих, спокоен и сигурен. Наблизо има магазини и места за хранене. Апартаментът е безупречен. Има всичко необходимо за едно приятно прекарване. Силно препоръчвам това място за настаняване. Със сигурност ние ще се върнем там,когато отново сме в Рим. Благодарим на домакините за осигурения спокоен престой.

Sauber und praktisch

Pros: Lage ist sehr gut, der Wohnung ist sauber, komplett ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Besitzer war rasch und korrekt. Wir werden bei nächste Reise wieder der gleiche Wohnung nehmen.

Pros: Дуже приємна затишна квартира, в тихому і спокійному районі, було зручно їздити на автобусі, поряд було багато зупинок. У квартирі було все необхідне, були всі базові речі для приготування їжі. Власник був дуже привітливим. Нам сподобалось ми точно ще повернемося.

Melhor do que estava à espera

Pros: Tudo ótimo! O apartamento é muito acolhedor e tem uma decoração lindíssima. Os hosts foram sempre impecáveis e muito atenciosos. No último dia, acabei por sair de casa sem a minha bolsa e, após lhes ligar, o host veio entregá-la à rua. Foi uma experiência excelente, adorei tudo. Muito obrigada!

Estancia perfecta en Roma

Pros: Del apartamento todo estuvo perfecto! Es precioso, la terraza con buen tiempo es genial y tanto las camas como los electrodomésticos y utilidades estaban muy bien. La comunicación con Mario fue muy rápida y él fue amable y servicial en todo momento. Completamente recomendable a todo aquel que quiera un lugar cómodo y bonito en Roma.
