A nice place to stay in the Eternal City

Pros: Nice neighborhood. Relatively quiet for a major city, some traffic noise and fly-over noise, but nothing major. The building itself was really quiet. Easily accessible by Metro (closest B1 line station 700 meters away). Restaurants and a couple of decent groceries close by. Comfy beds, plenty of space. Clean apartment overall. The balcony was a major plus! A nice place to relax and enjoy self-prepared meals. Would stay again any day of the week.

Cons: Confusing info regarding the WIFI on premise. Got it sorted out after finding the modem in the closet by the door. Aircon is not the most efficient, even though there are several units in the apartment. The shutters help keep the heat out during the day. You need all of four keys to access the apartment, but you quickly learn the logic.

Pros: Appartamento di generose dimensioni in un tranquillo quartiere di Roma. I gestori (contattabili via messaggi) sono sempre stati pronti a garantire un buon servizio. Ci sono stati dei piccoli problemi con una porta finestra, segnalati e subito gestiti.

Sehr zu empfehlen! Der Vermieter ist immer bei Fragen erreichbar und sehr hilfreich!

Pros: Wir machten den Camino und einige Tage zum Abschluss besichtigen wir Rom. Wir genossen die Ruhe und Größe der Wohnung. Gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Zentrum. Supermarkt und Restaurants in der Nähe.

Cons: Wenn man Lärmempfindlich ist, eventuell Ohrstöpsel für den Schlaf, da die Fenster nicht so abdichten.

Pros: El departamento es muy cómoda y grande. Tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar unas vacaciones y sentirse como en casa. La zona es muy linda y esta bien conectada con el centro (20 minutos en bus)

Cons: Tuvimos inconvenientes para encontrar la llave pero nos lo solucionaron rápidamente
