Pros: Accommodation was almost perfect, whereas in the year 2025 they do not have wifi ! This is really not possible, but still exists. Secondly, when requesting to leave our luggage at the property, we received the excuse that this was not possible as they needed to clean the apartment. I was asking to have lunch there, just to leave our luggage. The rest, perfect, near the metro station, hygiene excellent, I would just request a little bit of more flexibility.
Cons: Installing Wifi and more flexibility for request leaving luggage

Perfect stay
Pros: Good connection with the subway and public transportation, quiet area, very nice pizza restaurant within 2 min walking distance, supermarket across the street. Away from city center noise and crowds.

Pros: The apartment itself is very nice and clean. There were plates, shower gel, cutlery etc. Also the area is quite and safe, not far from the city center and public transport connection is very convenient. Self check-in was easy. I would definitely recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay in Maison Coco’ in Rome, it was an excellent base location to return to after a long day in the city
Pros: Excellent location, just outside the tourist-heavy inner city, but easily accessible with Metro and bus (line 80 is a quick connection for most of the attractions). The neighborhood is cozy and peaceful with restaurants, bakeries, coffees and groceries in 2 minutes. The property is clean, well-equipped and comfortable.
Cons: It’s nearly perfect. We only missed a kettle and a microwave, but could solve everything since the kitchen is very well equipped otherwise.

Very clean and conforable apartment at excellent location.
Pros: Very polite and reachable host. Comfortable, two bedrooms apartment with nice furniture equipped with many appliances. Excellent kitchen as well.
Cons: We believe that wifi availability is basic necessity at these modern times. Missing wifi connectivity increased complexity of our stay.

Cons: L’unico condizionatore si trova in una delle due stanze, nel soggiorno/cucina non è presente. Termosifoni invece in tutte le stanze.

Pros: Costanza es una anfitriona inmejorable, tuvimos un problema y lo solucionó al instante. El apartamento esta muy buen ubicado y con todos los servicios necesarios cerca, supermercado, farmacias, tiendas, restaurantes... El apartamento es de 10, limpio, comodo y muy bonito.

Estancia cómoda para 2-3 días
Pros: Piso reformado y acogedor, muy cerca de línea de metro. Buena zona y tranquila. Piso muy limpio. La dueña nos dejó hacer el check out más tarde, lo cual agradecimos porque el avión salía tarde. Mucho armario para almacenaje, incluso un zapatero.
Cons: El aire acondicionado estaba en una habitación, los que estaban en esa habitación pasaban frío por la noche y los que estaba en la otra mucho calor, lo cuál fue un problema. Echamos de menos utensilios de limpieza personal básicos en el baño. Persianas y contraventanas muy antiguas. La temperatura de la ducha no funcionaba bien del todo, tan pronto salía fría como ardiendo.
