Pros: The apartment is in a convenient location with lots of shops, bars and restaurants in the area, as well as the metro and buses to the main sights. The apartment is very quiet despite being in a lively area. It is clean and well-furnished, and stylishly decorated. Fabrizio was really welcoming and kind, helping us with our bags before and after check-in and providing great recommendations in the area. We had a lovely stay! Highly recommend including for longer trips to Rome.

Pros: The hosts were fantastic. They met us at the property and showed us the facilities. They gave good suggestions for local restaurants. The property is in a good location. It is a short walk from the metro station (line B) and located in a pleasant area of the city with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby. The flat is well-furnished and comes with everything that is needed for a city break.

A wonderful place to stay in Roma

Pros: We had a wonderful 4-day stay at Cos24 Place, where we felt completely at home. The accommodation was impeccably clean and stylish, equipped with everything needed for a truly comfortable stay. Fabrizio, the host, is a friendly and attentive person who ensured all our needs were met. If we /me and my husband/ decide to visit Roma again we will definitely choose to stay there! I highly recommend Cos24 Place for anyone looking for a cozy and enjoyable experience.

Well located value-for-money one bedroom apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Recommended

Pros: The apartment is new, tildi and clean. The area is full of amenities: restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The underground station (St Agnese Annibaliano) is close by, only five minutes walking. Fabrizio is a great host, he left some beers in the fridge and some pasta in the cupboard. Highly recommended.

Cons: Für mich war der es kein Problem ,mit dem Aufzug in die 9. Etage zu fahren, aber für Menschen mit Ängsten sollte die Lage der Wohnung in der Beschreibung genannt werden...ansonsten ist es ein gutes tägliches Training ;)

Pros: Host molto cordiale e disponibile. Pulizia appartamento ottima, disponibili ogni tipo di servizio, dalla cucina al bagno privato. Posizione buona a pochi minuti dal centro con molte attività tra negozi bar e ristoranti nei dintorni. Struttura assolutamente consigliata.

Pros: Ein wunderbar ausgestattetes Appartement, in dem man wirklich alles findet, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Außerdem ist es wunderschön gestaltet mit viel Liebe zum Detail und einem sehr angenehmen Bett. Sogar eine Badewanne gibt es im großzügigen Badezimmer und auch in der Küche findet man alles, was man benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Hervorzuheben ist jedenfalls auch die überaus große Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber, die uns den Aufenthalt mit ihrer liebenswerten, flexiblen und hilfsbereiten Art überaus schön gemacht haben. Der Bus und die Metro sind gleich in der Nähe und es gibt in der Umgebung zahlreiche Lokale zum Essengehen. Auch einen Supermarkt für den täglichen Bedarf gibt es nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Appartamento curato e spazioso

Pros: Appartamento spazioso, molto curato e pulito. Non manca niente davvero! Il proprietario è molto disponibile, mi ha portato una trapunta in più (nuova di zecca) perché faceva un po' freddo. Ho apprezzato anche lo stile.

Cons: Direi tutto perfetto. Al massimo si può notare che la posizione non è troppo centrale, se si vuole visitare il centro di Roma. Comunque ci si arriva con la metro blu in 4 fermate da Termini. È invece molto comodo se si deve andare in zona universitaria Villa Mirafiori
