Virgiliano Apartment

A great stay in Rome with a few steps to the metro.

Pros: The host was very helpful and arrived on time to give out the keys and to explain everything important about the flat. The host speaks also good English. The check-in time was very flexible. There was some free water and coffee capsules for the start. The location of the flat was not far from the metro, that we used every day for visiting Rome. There were also places nearby to but groceries or eat something.

Cons: The house itself seems to have problems with warm water supply. The warm water temperature is not stable when you take a shower or wash the disher. By the way - a dishwasher would be much better to have instead of the washing machine we didn't used.

great location, comfortable stay

Pros: the apartment was clean, spacious, in a quiet street within a great neighbourhood. the facilities were good in the apartment, and Andrea the host was very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e la mia esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. L’accoglienza da parte di Roberto è stata molto bella: gentile, disponibile e sempre attento a far sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio. La casa è molto grande, ben organizzata e dotata di tutti gli utensili necessari. Anche il soggiorno è risultato estremamente confortevole, perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata fuori. Inoltre, la posizione è davvero strategica: permette di muoversi facilmente e raggiungere tutto ciò che serve senza difficoltà. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chi cerca comodità, spazio e un’accoglienza impeccabile.

Pros: La posizione molto comoda in un bel quartiere e vicino alla metropolitana, letti comodi, tutto per cucinare

This was a pleasant place to stay, well located, safe and quiet.

Pros: It was comfortable and fairly close to the metro and also had some nice little shops close by to by food.

Cons: The bathroom shower had a window blind in it that was moldy. I had to not think about it when showering. We also had some problems with the door lock and not being able to open it easily.

Appartamento molto piacevole

Pros: Appartamento dotato di tutto, spazioso e a pochi passi dalla metro

Cons: L'unico appunto che posso fare, come capita però ovunque purtroppo, è la tenda nella doccia e la nappa che avrebbe bisogno di essere sostituta. Ma sembra sia male comune in tutte le strutture

Emplacement intéressant pour le métro et les commerçants, quartier calme.

Pros: Appartement très convivial et spacieux dans un environnement calme, à proximité du métro et de quelques commerces. Nous avons bien apprécié la petite rôtisserie près du métro.

Cons: Il manque juste quelques petites cuillères et une louche.

Appartamento molto bello e spazioso.

Pros: Posizione ottimale vicino la metro. Casa nuova e ben attrezzata.

Sejurul a fost foarte reusit

Pros: O locatie excelenta atat ca si confort cat si ca pozitionare. Gazda primitoare si amabila

War wieder schön in Rom zu sein und die Unterkunft war auch sehr angenehm

Pros: Das Apartment war gut. Da die Wohnung in der Nähe einer U-Bahn Station ist, war die Anreise angenehm. In der Nähe sind einige Bars, so dass für uns das Frühstücken ohne Probleme ablief. Die Küche ist voll eingerichtet so, dass wenn man sich selbst versorgen möchte auch das ohne Probleme geht. Sauberkeit war uns wichtig, und sind auch nicht enttäuscht worden.

Cons: Das Bad sollte renoviert (vor allem gestrichen) werden und die Warmwasserversorgung der Dusche verbessert werden.
