Good host and a spacious apartment
Pros: Our host were professional and kind. Access to the appartment were easy and I would definitely recommend. The apartment are in good neighborhoods area. Good restaurant right around the corner and also bus stop.
Cons: The old elevator and unstable wifi speed.

Pros: Our stay was wonderful. The apartment is clean and very spacious. There is a public transport stop nearby to the center and all attractions. Our host Sebastian is the most kind and cooperative person. We also had extra services offered by him. I recommend the place!

Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful, Authentic Apartment with a Fantastic Host
Pros: Stunning apartment that’s been thoughtfully renovated with great attention to detail and is impeccably clean. Located in a beautiful, authentic neighborhood, the apartment is just steps away from the bus station and only a few minutes from the metro, making it very convenient for getting around. There are excellent restaurants and Italian deli shops nearby, adding to the local charm. The rooms are spacious, and the apartment is equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The host was wonderful—quick to respond and highly supportive of our needs as tourists. Although we only stayed four nights, I could easily imagine living there long-term. Highly recommend, especially if you’re looking to stay in a authentic area surrounded by locals rather than tourists.

Pros: La posizione, vicino ci sono le fermate del bus, ristoranti, supermercati e altri servizi. L'appartamento è ampio e luminoso e dotato di due bagni. La cucina è dotata di tutto, compreso un forno a microonde e macchinetta del caffè. Ottima la vista dal balcone.

Casa dal sapore storico, molto bella . Cura degli accessori e pulizia non all'altezza del contesto !
Pros: La posizione e la struttura molto bella in un contesto storico.
Cons: Accessori piatti , posate , pentole raffazzonati . In una struttura così bella anche i particolari dovrebbero essere curati. Suggerirei un minimo di accoglienza con cialde caffè, carta igenica e prodotti bagno. Insomma più cura dei dettagli che fanno la differenza ! Pompa del bagno camera padronale disturba notevolmente la camera adiacente ogni volta che si utizza. Sicuramente un errore nella progettazione dell'appartamento.

Große und saubere Wohnung, nicht ganz zentral, Preis-Leistung aber passend.
Pros: Großzügiges Appartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern, die Wohnung hat Fliesenboden und ist sehr sauber, es gibt einen kleinen Balkon, der zum Innenhof raus geht. Ein Klimagerät ist nur im Flur verfügbar, aber im September hat das ausgereicht. Die Wohnung liegt nicht ganz zentral, aber ein Taxi zu Piazza Novonna kostet ca. 15 €. Die Wohnung liegt in der vierten Etage und ist per Aufzug bequem zu erreichen. Neben den beiden Schlafzimmern ist ein großes Wohn- Esszimmer vorhanden. Mit 4 Personen kann man dort entspannt Tage in Rom verbringen. In der Nachbarschaft sind viele Restaurants und Frühstücksbars, angenehm fanden wir besonders, dass man ein wenig aus dem ganzen Touristentrubel raus ist. Die Küchen haben wir nicht benutzt, diese schien aber vollständig ausgestattet.
Cons: Der Schlüsselsafe hat Probleme gemacht, der Vermieter war aber erreichbar und wir konnten das Problem schließlich auch selbst lösen.

Espacioso, limpio, bien comunicado, buen barrio
Pros: El barrio es bonito y tranquilo. Hay autobuses frecuentes, bien comunicado. Las habitaciones espaciosas. Nos dejaron café, sal, aceite, ... 😊
Cons: Nada en particular, solo comentar que tendrán que ampliar tazas y algún cubierto
