Appia Comfort Zone

Pros: Comfortable bed, reasonably sized apartment for the price, clean and well equipped. The hostess was really accomodating and let us check in early.

Cons: The air conditioning was not working during our stay. The metro was a 10 min walk from the apartment.

Pros: La pulizia, la relativa vicinanza alla fermata della Metro e l'angolo cottura. Anche l'arredamento è di buon gusto.

Cons: Lasciare un solo rotolo di carta igienica per 2 persone in 4 notti mi sembra un po' riduttivo, dopo aver pagato quasi 300€ (oltre la tassa di soggiorno). Poi la stufetta in bagno non funziona bene e il WC ha una leggera perdita. Visto il periodo festivo e dato che contattare l'host e aspettare che venissero risolti questi problemi avrebbe creato più disagi al nostro soggiorno che benefici, abbiamo preferito soprassedere. Comunque nel complesso un'ottima sistemazione. Sono sicuro che l'host risolverà questi due piccoli problemini a beneficio dei prossimi ospiti.

Pros: Tutto perfetto, posizione comoda per i mezzi e i negozi, ma in un quartiere tranquillo e lontano dalle folle dei turisti in centro. Piccolo appartamento fornito di tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno piacevole.

Pros: Skvělá lokace u metra, čistota, moderní koupelna, vše připraveno k bydlení. Kuchyň (bez myčky) plně dostačující na základní vaření.

Cons: Zvuk silnice z oken (jedná se o přízemní apartmán), pokud nebudete mít zavřené okna, bude se vám hůře spát - ale to se dá čekat, v Římě je provoz kontinuálně jestliže nejste kompletně mimo centrum. A jen jeden typ nože v kuchyni - na pečivo, byla dobrá sranda krájet potraviny :D

Pros: Appartement vraiment parfait, idéalement placé pour découvrir Rome. Nous avons apprécié de nous promener dans l'ensemble des rues pour rejoindre les différents sites à découvrir dans Rome. Una buona base per visitare e vivere Roma.

Pros: Struttura in un quartiere piacevole e abbastanza vivace, a dieci minuti a piedi dalla metro, edificio ben abitato. La Basilica di San Giovanni è raggiungibile a piedi in circa 20 minuti. L'appartamento è stato rinnovato recentemente con molta cura, camera letto, cucina soggiorno e bagno offrono tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Siamo stati due notti molto bene e sicuramente cercheremo di tornare quando saremo a Roma.

Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'appartamento è accogliente e pulitissimo nei minimi dettagli, la camera è spaziosa e molto confortevole. Un punto di forza è sicuramente la cordialità e la disponibilità di Mila, ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli e fare il check-in la mattina del nostro arrivo, nonostante fossimo arrivati con ben 4 h di anticipo. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi cerca un posto tranquillo ma allo stesso tempo vicino a tutto, la metro è a 5 minuti. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

A comfortable apartment in a great area of Rome, with kind hosts and everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Pros: We really liked the location. The neighborhood is great, with lots of things to do nearby. There’s a supermarket just across the street and some nice restaurants around the corner. One of them, Grazie Graciela, is right on a small square — definitely worth a visit! And if you go, ask for Andréa — he’s a fantastic waiter and made the experience even better. The apartment was also great — everything was recently renovated and felt very new. We had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfortable, especially the mattress. The hosts were also very kind and responsive, always quick to reply and helpful whenever we had a question.

Cons: When we first arrived and took a shower, we noticed that the water couldn’t stay fully inside the shower area — if the water pressure was too strong, it would splash outside the box. We had to use some towels on the floor to keep the water from leaking out. Also, the air conditioner worked the no first time we used it, but after that it kept turning off by itself.

Pros: Gestori super cordiali e disponibili. Struttura moderna e completa di tutti gli accessori utili per un soggiorno. Ottima posizione, la metro Furio Camillo è situata a soli 8-9 minuti a piedi dalla struttura.
