Awesome accommodation
Pros: Spacious clean apartment with everything one needs.we were graciously given a bottle of wine which was greatly appreciated but don't drink so left for next guest. Small things like tea coffee as sugar provided Super location couple minutes walk to metro. Great restaurants in the area not touristy small grocery store on corner. Host Super helpful thank you thank you and great value for money

Pros: Our host was great. Our flight was delayed, metro as well but he patiently waited for our arrival. Bed was extremely comfortable and he put a bed sheet on a sofa in a living room/kitchen area for us as well which I truly appreciated. Travelled with mum so we wanted that bit of a privacy. The shower was great. Easy check in and check out. Anything we needed, we had that. Very fast response from the host. We’ll definitely return there. Thank you

Pros: Cozy, elegant place, expansive and good quality facilities, wonderful and quiet area, shops and restaurants at few minutes distance to the house and the metro station through all the important touristic objectives is no more than 500 metres.
Cons: I dont have anything bad to say about this property. First time when I stay somewhere where I find everything perfect.

Pros: Het appartement is heel royaal (70 m2!) en neutraal maar smaakvol ingericht, je voelt je er meteen thuis. Heerlijk bed en zacht beddengoed, airconditioning, een efficiënt keukenblokje met alles wat je nodig hebt en een ruime badkamer met uitstekend sanitair en een fijne douche (dat hebben we in Rome wel eens anders meegemaakt...). In de directe omgeving genoeg supermarkten, leuke cafeetjes en prima restaurants. En ook heel fijn dat Vittorio ons persoonlijk welkom heette en een heerlijke fles wijn voor ons had klaarstaan. Wij hebben genoten van onze 7 dagen in Appio Latino!

Pros: Отдыхали в данных апартаментах в октябре 2025 года. Все было просто великолепно! Расположение отличное, до метро идти совсем недалеко! Сами апартаменты очень красивы и удобны, за матрас на кровати отдельное спасибо, он был просто идеальный!) Хозяин всегда был на связи, если у нас возникали вопросы. При въезде нам посоветовали хорошие кафе неподалеку от квартиры, было очень удобно в них ужинать по вечерам. Квартира чистая и уютная. Внутри есть вся необходимая посуда, если вдруг захочется что-то приготовить. Мы очень рады, что выбрали именно эти апартаменты для своего отдыха в Риме. Когда поедем в Италию в следующий раз, думаю будем в первую очередь смотреть свободна ли данная квартира в нужные даты))

L’ospitalità come arte
Pros: Vittorio nos recibió con una hospitalidad que trasciende la mera amabilidad y se adentra en el territorio de lo memorable. Su atención al detalle, casi ritual, evocaba un cuidado que en estos tiempos se ha vuelto raro: la disposición del espacio, la temperatura adecuada, las pequeñas cortesías vidibles e invisibles que sólo se notan cuando faltan. En su manera de recibir había un tempo pausado, una escucha genuina, un deseo tácito de que el huésped no solo se aloje, sino que se sienta acogido. En un mundo donde el contacto humano se diluye en la prisa, este recibimiento fue un recordatorio de que la hospitalidad puede ser, todavía, un arte delicado y luminoso.
Cons: Nada. Cuando la calidez y el cuidado son tan evidentes, cualquier mínima imperfección (a/c + kitchen + hot water....) se vuelve irrelevante.
