Personalised super attention by a fantastic host

Pros: We spent three truly unforgettable days at Gaia’s room, thanks to the warm and exceptionally personal care from Anna, our wonderful host. From the very first moment, Anna made us feel completely at home, even surprising us with a delicious, made-to-order breakfast every morning—catering to our gluten- and lactose-free needs with thoughtfulness that went far beyond our expectations. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully comfortable, and filled with that special sense of peace you only find in a well-loved family home. Gaia’s room is a gem for couples who want to experience the genuine warmth and hospitality of a real Roman family. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a place to feel truly welcome and cared for.

Pros: Lovely host Anna was very helpful . Recommended where to eat. Good breakfast. The room had excellent air-conditioning which was needed in 37o heat. The property is a 1.5k walk from Roma Termini station and easy to find. Anna constantly kept in touch leading up to our arrival and sent a welcome message on the day of out arrival and then a 2nd message to say our room was ready for an early check in. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay.

Pros: Breakfast was just great! Fresh and homemade by the owner with very good pastries. Apartment has everything you need. Very comfortable beds! The owner Anna is very helpful and caring, helping to have the best time in Rome!
