Happy House with private garden

Pros: This apartment was just perfect. Salvatore thought about everything. It has everything you need & is very warm & comforting. Aditionally there is a beautiful private garden where you can enjoy a meal & spend some peaceful time. Salvatore is very kind & helpful & we highly recommend staying here for anyone who has any doubts. You won't be dissapointed. Wonderful stay

Pros: We had a wonderful 13-day stay in the place. It is far from the city center, but there is a bus stop just outside the building and the bus takes you to a metro station. The apartment is very clean, it had everything we needed during our stay. The inner private yard is charming. The host was helpful and friendly. Thank you.

Cons: There isn't anything we didn't like. We will come back when we go to Rome again someday.

Pros: Salvatore is a very warm and friendly host. We arrived an hour later than the agreed check-in time, but she was not impatient. She was very patient. The room is complete with kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. It is fully equipped with various facilities and a large yard. The surrounding environment of the house is very good. It is in a small community and is equipped with many security locks. There are many peach trees outside and the environment is quiet. If you come to Rome for tourism, I highly recommend staying at happy house with garden.

Cute and cozzy garden

Pros: Is a nice place with a beautiful garden where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner.

Cons: The location was an issue, although the neighborhood is beautiful is quite far from the center, you need more than 1 hour and 20 minutes and at least 2 buses to reach the center. The transportation in Rome was not the best so we had to adapt to the buses and timing. The rest was nice.

Pros: Salvatore was a lovely host and made sure we were comfortable. Beautiful more relaxed spot just out of the centre of Rome. Super easy public transport to the stadium and into the city. Shops very close by. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, great, cozy and clean

Pros: Everything is great, the room is pretty large and clean, we enjoy the garden very much.

Cons: Our flight was delayed and unfortunately we arrived at Easter Monday so there was a little inconvenience in check in.

Monolocale con terrazza

Pros: La terrazza, anche se non è stata sfruttata a causa del periodo e della pioggia, è un valore aggiunto notevole.

Cons: Si tratta di un piccolo monolocale in cui per dormire si utilizza l'unico divano-letto. Era comunque ben evidente dalle foto. Non ci sono state sorprese.

Piccola ma accogliente e ben organizzata, abbastanza pulita. Il proprietario cordiale e molto disponibile

Stra consigliato

Pros: Piccolo appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort. Letto comodissimo, presenti anche linea internet e smart TV. Nell'angolo cucina c'era tutto il necessario per prepararsi qualcosa. Molto carino anche lo spazio esterno. Bagno pulitissimo, come tutto l'appartamento. Mi sono fermata solo per una notte, ma se dovessi tornare in zona ci alloggerei sicuramente di nuovo.
