Great short stay
Pros: The location was amazing, everything was easily reachable by foot, and the host gave us good information about whatever we wanted to know (nearby sights, warning about thieves, tourist scams/traps...). We loved the free bottled water supply and the host offered us an umbrella when it rained. He also asked multiple times if everything was fine and if we needed new towels or similar stuff. The room was cozy and we were able to get a good night's sleep, even though sirens and street noise are to be considered, if you're sensitive. We loved that there was no rush at check-out. We definitely would recommend this B&B and wouldn't hesitate to book again!
Cons: There wasn't much that we didn't like, only that breakfast was mostly sweets and snacks, the only exception being apples, bananas and toast. Other than that the kitchen was well equipped and there was a fridge in the room, so we were able to buy our own stuff and keep it there. Also at times there was a smell coming out of the bathroom, but by closing the door and keeping the windows open we were able to handle it just fine.

Pros: The owner is very friendly and gave us recommendations about food in Rome. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable too. It was not noisy at all at night. Breakfast is simple but adequate, and there was also bottle water provided for free. In addition, there was no problem leaving our luggages there before check-in and after check-out. We really appreciated this!
Cons: If there is anything, I would say perhaps the breakfast. We stayed for four nights, and therefore felt a bit bored at the end to have the same breakfast all the time. Perhaps a little bit of variation can be provided. But we still appreciated it a lot. It helped us to save amoney:)

One of the best B&Bs I’ve ever stayed in!
Pros: The owner was absolutely wonderful – very attentive, helpful, and genuinely kind. He gave us great information about the city and helped us with everything we needed. Our train was delayed, so we had to check in quite late at night, but he was incredibly understanding and accommodating. The location is perfect; you can easily walk everywhere. The room and bathroom were spotless, and everything was thoughtfully prepared for us, you can really see the attention to detail. Breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of options that were refreshed throughout the day. We stayed here in July, and I realized I hadn’t left a review yet, but this place truly deserves one. Highly recommended!

Very nice place
Pros: Very nice place, with free bottles of water (it was 37°C so thats a big plus), big, cozy and complete room, nice bathroom for a great shower, lovely staff and good breakfast.
Cons: Location is a bit weird, with many homeless people on the surroundings, although it seemed safe. Beware metro is 14min walking from the room, but some buses are very closer.

Pros: The host is very nice. The facilities provided are very nice with a refrigerator in the room. Room is air conditioned, temp was very nicely maintained. Location was great. Unlimited water bottles provided by the host. Very good breakfast provided.

Pros: There is literally everything you can think of in the room: wardrobe, lamp, chairs, refrigerator filled with water bottles, air conditioner, shoe rack, multiple sockets, TV. The beds are comfortable, the window provides excellent sound insulation. The kitchen is fully equipped with a vast array of possible breakfast options. The bathroom was impeccable, with hot water in the glass-enclosed bathtub, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, hand towels.
Cons: There is nothing to complain about.
