I Pini di Roma - Rooms & Suites

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. Our room was clean, bright, and very comfortable. A great highlight was the breakfast – a lovely selection of pastries, a banana, and yogurt, which was perfect to start the day. We also really appreciated the free coffee available. The location is excellent: it's in a quiet neighborhood, but very well-connected. There's a bus stop right nearby and a metro station within easy reach, making it super convenient to explore the city. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place to other travelers

Good value for money

Pros: Great location in the outskirts of the city center. Buses make it easy to move around.

Cons: Room cleaning starts very early in the morning, so if you are trying to have a late morning you might miss out on the cleaning or get bothered by the noise.

Pros: Everything was great. Staff was helpfull. Room comfortable and the balcony was nice addition. The best thing that there was sweets, water, coffee, fruits etc. for breakfast available in kitchen.

Cons: It should be noted that is more like hotel with shared kitchen, not different appratments.. But it was not much burden as we did not hear other guests.

Pros: Very clean room, good location, free coffee, tea, cookies etc. Nice host.

Great stay off the centre of Rome, spacious rooms

Pros: The room (ours with terrace) was VERY spacious. Amenities and cleanliness were up to expectation. The property itself is very pleasant and well-kept. The common area is great - information on the transport connections from the property to the sights were VERY helpful since location is not that central. Provided snacks, coffee, refreshments are greatly appreciated! The host gave clear instructions for check in, though not immediately available at all times.

Cons: The wifi encountered some problems which we had to solve by ourselves since the host was not home.

Pros: Great location - lovely quiet neighbourhood further away from the busy centre, but it has plenty of restaurants and cafes.

Pros: We loved how secure the property was. We felt safe. It was very clean. the rooms were cleaned daily if you wanted, fresh towels, etc. The air conditioning was fantastic. The coffee machine was a very welcome bonus. The host was very accommodating and very quick to reply to any messages. It was very good value for money and close to the metro. We would definitely re book this property.

Would definitely stay again

Pros: Great stay – everything was nice. The place was comfortable and clean, and the owner was very helpful.

Pros: Everything was perfect, bus station at 3-4 minutes by foot.

It is a nice place but maybe for warmer days (not in November)

Pros: Clean room with a small balcony. The host provides breakfasts for everyone which is so very nice of them

Cons: A bit cold water in the shower, cold floor
