Pros: The room was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Although the location was not that good , it’s near termini station so access to train and metro was very easy. Would totally recommend for that low of a price.

Pros: Very nice and polite guys work at the accommodation — compliments to them. The place is well located, close to the train station and most of Rome’s attractions. Clean and nice. We had a lovely stay.

The positives far outweighed the negatives and we would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Brilliant location so close to Termini station. The beds were comfortable and linen clean and towels available. The room was clean and secure with fridge , kettle , cups etc. The shower and sink had plenty of hot water at all times .The air conditioning was perfect to heat or cool the room. We would definitely stay there again.

Cons: At times there was a smell of smoke in the room, bathroom mostly , from people smoking in another room I'd guess. It could be quite noisy at night from people banging doors and talking loudly. Toilet paper supply wasn't adequate .

A great location in Rome!

Pros: Location is great just next to Termini, metro and buses. A very close everywhere, even by walk.

Cons: Kettler was broken. No balcony. The room was too small for four people but in general was ok

Pros: We stayed at the hotel in Rome and had to unexpectedly change our plans due to personal reasons. The owners were incredibly kind, empathetic, and helpful — they even arranged a room for us at very short notice. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is perfect — right in the center, close to everything, and just a 3-minute walk from Termini train station, which took us to the airport. Highly recommended — for the hospitality, cleanliness, great location, and most of all, the warm and considerate attitude of the staff.
