Overall, we were pleased with our experience.

Pros: Great and safe location, the host was very welcoming. We thought it was a great room for the price we paid.

Cons: There could be some minor improvements: more stable wifi, some hangers in the bathroom and on the room walls.

Pros: I loved that it was very safe. With a lock for the building door, the flat door AND the room door. I also liked the supply of tissue paper and how accommodating the hosts were to address any issues we faced.

Cons: The AC was not very cooling but it was okay. The curtain rod fell. The toilet flush had a leak issue but it was fixed within an hour. Overall excellent service!

The neighbours can hear you just fine

Pros: It's really close to the Vatican Museum entrance and that's great but the street is very noisy even during the night. Luckily there's an Ac but that and the fridge make noise... Especially the fridge. And for those who choose this because it has a lift, it is narrow and small and you still need to use stairs as it stops between floors. That said everything else is good and it's a nice place in a great location.

Pros: The location is perfect . Open the window and you can literally see the Vatican and the line of people . Amazing location in the heart of the Vatican area .

Cons: People have mentioned the outside toilet area . Imagine a house and outside your bedroom is a bathroom It’s not inconvenient at all and the charm and location is just perfect . Focus on that .

We had a great short stay

Pros: The owners are friendly, accommodating and easy to deal with. The location is just infront of the Vatican and so many restaurants and supermarkets within the area plus the metro rail - Ottaviano is only 3mins walk.
