Excellent, spacious apartment- great choice for a family vacation
Pros: This place was an excellent choice for vacation of our group of four. We enjoyed all the space, the comfort and facilities the apartment provides. The living room is very cozy, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped so you can enjoy cooking if you like. There is a nice supermarket just in front of the building entrance and there are bus stops on the major streets nearby. The metro station Valle Aurelia is not very far as well. Despite that we enjoyed walking to the apartment from the Vatican and even from Rome’s historical center so I can say it is within walking distance from many great places of interest. We had no issues with the keyless system – it worked every time as expected. The manager is very responsive and flexible – big kudos to them!

Great place to stay in Rome 🙂
Pros: Everything was perfect. Apartment was really large, bigger than we expected. It was clean, well equipped, beds very comfortable. Buses and metro nearby, but we walked everywhere as this was not so far away. Very good contact with friendly host. Bottle of wine and water in fridge were nice welcome gift ;-) Highly recommend this accomodation 😀

Overall good stay with some small issues
Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Washing machine served us well. Close to Vatican. Code entry to building and apartment was a mixed bag. It did make it easier to get in initially. We did not have to coordinate with the host and have them be present when we arrived, but see below for negative side of this keyless entry system.
Cons: Keyless system was operated via cell phone. Very convenient - when your battery has enough life in it. But when we travel we use our phones A LOT. Taking pictures, looking up interesting facts about places we are visiting, checking open ours, searching for restaurants via Yelp, using Google maps to find locations ... We had to be vigilant about our phone usage and preserving battery life for using the phone as a key prevented us from doing some of the things we wanted to do during the day. There was one scary day where we got down to 11% on our phone and that was just cutting it too close. Also, there were little things that bothered me given we were paying a decent price for the apartment - not too much but it was real money, 1. 3 coffee pods were provided for 2 people for 5 nights - not sure how that math works and I am not going to go out and buy coffee pods for a coffee machine model I may never see again. 2. Very little soap and shampoo was provided. When asked about this, host framed it as a courtesy to get us started. Should I have to buy soap and shampoo to get around on vacation and then have to leave 3/4 of it behind since airlines won't allow more than 100 ml bottles? I don't think so. Every other place we have EVER stayed in provided adequate soap and shampoo for a few days.

Enjoyed it very much.
Pros: Flat was very spacious and very clean, exactly as in the pictures. We were there for only the weekend, so we didn’t cook. There are many restaurants with really good food and not expensive as in the centre of Rome. It’s a 10 mins walk to Valle Aurelia station and from there for just 7euro you can use the metro to visit all the attractions in central Rome. Host was very helpful from the very begining. In order to enter the apartment, you need to use the link sent by host, and use it from your mobile.

Enjoyed the roperty.
Pros: The place and apartment were excellent. A very comfortable property and my children (16 and 18) felt at ease there. I am a lot older and would have struggled to find the place as I do not have a smart phone. Overall our real problem wasn't the property but the weather as it was unduly hot and the location is good if you can walk to the metro or to the Vatican and other places but a bit more awkward when it was as hot as it became but would definitely book here again.

Pros: Apartament był dokładnie taki jak na zdjęciach – bez żadnych przekłamań. Duży, komfortowy i bardzo wygodny, szczególnie materace, na których świetnie się spało. W mieszkaniu były dostępne środki czystości, kapsułki do kawy, herbata, kapsułki do zmywarki oraz inne drobne, ale bardzo miłe udogodnienia. Były nawet parasolki, co okazało się bardzo przydatne. Kontakt z firmą obsługującą mieszkanie był szybki, sprawny i konkretny. Spędziliśmy tu tydzień i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Dobra komunikacja, blisko sklep dobrze zaopatrzony. Zdecydowanie polecam!
