Pros: Firstly the owner super nice,helpful and understanding, secondly the locatiin is great close to Vatican, close supermarket, close to restaurant and cloae to bus stop. Definitely will come back again and stay in here. Thank you Mr. Giuliano you are the best.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Lovely, modern and clean apartment with a great localisation. Easy access to the main attractions. Very good and quick communications with the owner. Really recommend , I would definitely choose it again.

Spacious apartment in great location

Pros: A spacious apartment in a great location. Air conditioning was a welcome relief from the summer heat. There are lots of shops and cafe near by and a main bus route to the city centre. Concierge was very helpful when we arrived to find the apartment.

Cons: The kitchen facilities were a bit limited though this was relatively minor.

Superb apartment

Pros: Very spacious and clean. Ideal for large group. Near to grocery shop, restaurants and the Vatican which is the main attraction for us. Superb service from the manager. I forgot my passport in the apartment, both Giuliano and Elizabeth made an effort to help me get my passport back in time for my flight. If we ever have to revisit Rome, will definitely book this apartment again.

Pros: The property is very good and excellent location. Easy access to transport bus, groceries and Vatican City. The owner is very responsive about the concerns of the customers. Clean and comfortable there is nothing to worry about.

Nice spacious and newly renovated apartment close to the Vatican

Pros: Nice and very recently renovated apartment, close to several local shops and restaurants. Air Conditioned in all primary rooms and a good quality TV with Netflix etc. Apps. Good service by the landlord. Would book it again another time.

Cons: It was a 20 min walk to the nearest metro station but there is a bus station close by. The kettle was broken and the toilet brush was in two pieces but the landlord quickly came and looked into it, tried to fix the toilet brush and offered to replace the kettle right away. Only an minor inconvenience.

l'appartement est beau et spacieux mais un peu trop éloigné d'un métro.

Pros: Logement très spacieux, nous étions 9 personnes. Bien équipé. Un arrêt de bus vraiment très proche. Une superette juste en face, pratique pour les petites courses. Quelques cafés sympa dans la rue pour déjeuner.

Cons: Métro un peu loin, 15-20 minutes de marches avec des rues pas très praticables si poussette. Une autre station de métro plus loin en passant par le Vatican mais fort éloigné si on rentre tard et surtout après une journée de visite. Dans la cuisine, il y avait le nécessaire mais quand nous avons voulu faire du café il manquait le filtre de la cafetière en inox. Nous n'avons eu aucun contact avec l'hôte mais il a été très sympathique par message et nous a donné les directives pour accéder au logement.

Pros: Bardzo przestronny, ładnie i dobrze urządzony apartament. Czysto i ciepło. Dwie przestronne łazienki, przedpokój z miejscem na kurtki i buty. Duże sypialnie. Ładna i funkcjonalna kuchnia, dobrze wyposażona. Świetny na pobyt większej grupy, my byliśmy w 7 osób. Świetna lokalizacja, blisko sklepów, przystanku autobusowego i blisko Watykanu (10 min. pieszo). Około 1 km do stacji metra.

Pros: Łatwy i szybki kontakt z gospodarzem, wygodna lokalizacja, czysto, cicho, widno, dwie łazienki dla 6 osób były idealne.

Cons: Brak zmywarki- ale to drobiazg :)
