But over all, we had a lovely time in Rome.

Pros: Strategically located with Metro, Vatican, and restaurants walking distance

Cons: Staff not always available, I message our estimated arrival time and yet no one was there to check us in. We had to wait for 30mins. The coffee machine runs out of water every evening and no one to refill it. You had to call the staff using international call.

Great location in a large clean room. Excellent value for money.

Pros: Nice host, perfect location, spacious family room which was very clean.

Cons: Some minor problems with the AC. Otherwise nothing.

Pros: It is really close to Vatican, you cannot be closer. It is Worth to be so close as you have more time for you and for travelling. It is good connection via public transport with different parts of Rome.

Cons: There was no tea, but when I asked they gave us two. So it was really great.

A perfect foothold for a few days in Rome

Pros: The property was quiet despite being in the middle of Rome. It is right next to the walls of the Vatican. It was spotlessly clean and we were greeted by the owner who was absolutely charming.

Pros: Citia and Claudia were very nice hosts, and very helpful. Toilet seat was broken but apart from that location, facilities, price was excellent. Will stay again if we go back to Rome.

Pros: - Spacious room with high ceilings - Great location: close to attractions and in a good district - Quiet room - Close to cafés and restaurants — we especially liked Magno restaurant (just 5 minutes on foot from the room)

Pros: The room, the location, the staff, the coffee machine...

Cons: I was not aware I cannot check in as soo as my flight landed at midnight. There was option to request a check in between 1am and 2am, but they wouldn't allow that, so having the option to request those hours confuses customers. Just saying cos I was roaming the street until 7am and that could and should have been avoided. Paid for 2 nights so could check in early. Nothing else to fault and I will whole heartedly recommend this place.
