Pros: Excellent location, close to Spanish steps & Trevi fountain. Clean, quiet room with outdoor terrace to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Fridge, tea & coffee making facilities & shared microwave, cutlery & crockery if self catering for a meal. Easy to find, great restaurant just downstairs at street level. Close to other great restaurants & shopping.

Cons: Not a negative but note that property on 1st floor so need to carry bag upstairs.

Wonderful comfy stay at perfect location

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a lovely little balcony. Francesca was very kind and thoughtful, and the shared area with snacks and drinks was a nice touch. We truly felt welcome and can’t wait to come back to Rome and stay at Spagna Rooms again!

Pros: Location!!! This beautiful room hidden away in the midst of Rome is a gem!!! You can walk outside & venture into the streets where everything is close to you & yet quiet if you want to relax away from the city noise. Francesca was really nice & friendly. She provided us a list of recommended restaurants to try which saved us from guessing where to go for good Italian food.
