Comfortable, spacious, clean flat - very nice
Pros: Spacious and clean, comfortable bed, good kitchen facilities, and nice bathroom. Convenient for Vatican, but also easy to walk to other areas. A really good place to stay.
Cons: As the check-in was not in-person, the tourist tax had to be paid at a shop around the corner (which is all fine), but they seemed a bit disorganised there and we were not given any receipt or proof of payment.

You won't regret staying here
Pros: Stunning apartment in a very safe location close to the Vatican, surrounded by restaurants and supermarket. The key pick up was super easy, and we could store our luggage (for a small fee) whilst waiting for cleaning to be complete. The kitchen was well equipped and lots of coffee pods available, all cleaning supplies including laundry detergent. The air con worked well (essential for summer!).
Cons: The only one very minor thing is we would have liked the option for a proper blanket - we were only provided a top sheet and sometimes it is nice to have the weight of a blanket on the bed.

Best apartment stay, beside the Vatican and local attractions.
Pros: Fantastic location, safe and secure, easy to access. The apartment was so modern and stylish and spotless clean. A lot of effort and attention has been added to the property, all facilities are available whilst there ie. Nepresso coffee maker, air conditioning, WiFi, microwave, hob, fridge, washing machine etc. Fantastic communication from hosts ensuring we got there safely, well explained how to work everything out. Will highly recommend and would definitely use this apartment again when visiting. (You can actually see the apartment door from the Vatican windows)

Great stay and location
Pros: Fabulous location close to vatican and St Peter's Basilica, a short walk from Ottavanio metro. Comfortable apartment, great bath and shower Would sleep 3 adults Managed to check in early with Steffano meeting us with the keys. Lovely to have tea, coffee and milk. Was 30° during our visit and the air conditioning was fab.
Cons: The apartment is on the second floor, fortunately, it has a quaint old fashioned lift/elevator which has a weight restriction and quite narrow but grateful to have it after weary legs sightseeing Noisy seagulls from early morning if windows are left open.

wonderful!
Pros: the host were quick to response and very accomodating, patient, friendly, helpful and very nice people! the location is only 3 min walk if you want to visit the vatican museum and close to the vatican city too. the metro is closeby especially helpful if you need to take the train from and to termini train station. very lively , vibrant and lots of tour companies and restaurant at your doorstep!
Cons: maybe look for a better cleaner?...minor issues but just my suggestion!

Beautiful, comfortable and very clean apartment next to the Vatican!
Pros: The apartment was pristine, VERY well equipped and just made our stay that much more enjoyable :) Check in was very easy, we loved the bathroom style and the simple fact that there were coffee capsules and milk waiting for us! Those little details make everything better.

Pros: Perfecto, todo nuevo y de muy buena calidad. La ubicación super bien muy cerca de la boca de metro de ottaviano y alado de los museos vaticanos y a 6/7 minutos de la entrada a la plaza san Pedro. También tiene 2 supermercados a 1 minuto para comprar lo que necesitábamos para comer algunos días allí. Seguro que volvemos a roma y volvemos aquí sin ninguna duda

Pros: Nagyon kedves vendéglátó, megengedte a korai bejelentkezést és nem kért érte semmit. Érkezéskor ásványvíz volt a hűtőben. A kávégéphez sok kapszulát kaptunk és volt hozzá tej a hűtőben. A szállás pár perc sétára van Vatikántól, de a többi látnivaló is egy 30 perces sétával elérhető.
