Perfect apartment next to Vatican

Pros: Very cozy apartment located close to Vatican (10 minutes walk from Metro Ottaviano). Roberta is a vey helpful host and replies quickly to every question. I highly reccomend!

Pros: Beautiful appartment in the heart of Roma, near Vatican. We spent great time there. Very clean, beds were comfortable and you can find everything you need for your stay. I hope I will come back.

Pros: We would gladly return to this most comfortable accommodation.

Great option for Rome and very convenient

Pros: Great location and comfortable space/sleeping arrangements. Thoughtful service from Robby our agent, who responds very quickly to all questions. Easy access to metro, great restaurants, coffee options and supermarket. We were family of four with two teenage boys.

Perfect place for family

Pros: perfect location, great for family, very spacious and nice family room for meals with a small couch and TV. the beds were comfortable. right behind vatican. would definitely book again when coming to Rome. the host Roberta was super helpful and loved all her recommendations of local rests.

Cons: it would be perfect if they had provided us with shower gel and shampoo too :) otherwise no complaints at all. the door lock was a bit difficult to manage 😆

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this property during our family holiday in Rome. The apartment was clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious — perfect for myself, my wife, and our two kids. The location near the Vatican was ideal, making it easy to explore the city while having a comfortable home base to return to. Roberta, our host, was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Highly recommended for families visiting Rome!

Perfect location for a city break in Rome.

Pros: What a lovely place just a stones throw away from the Vatican! Roberta was the most exceptional host! She greeted us on arrival and allowed us to store our luggage until our proper check in time. Her advice on places to explore and restaurants were fantastic, we tried 2 of her restaurant/café recommendations and they were exceptional. We really appreciated that Roberta arranged our airport transfer on arrival. The apartment it's self was fantastic. The apartment was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in, with everything we could need for our stay. Beds were comfy, showers good, kitchen was compact but well equipped perfect for a base to explore Rome.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like, as it was perfect for a base as weekend break.

Pros: Close to supermarket, restaurants and public transport. The two bathrooms, room sizes and helpfulness of host.

Cons: A little surprised there was no shower gel or shampoo in bathrooms

Pros: Beautiful apartment close to the Vatican. Ideal for a larger group (we were 7). Loved the fact that it had 2 bathrooms. Close to many lovely breakfast places (forno feliziani just 60m away is a must!). The host was really nice & helpful, gave us some amazing suggestions for restaurants and cafes close by and answered every query we had. Highly recommend! 😊

Pros: The location was spot on for our purposes and the beds were very comfy. Communications with the host were excellent from start to finish and she was very friendly and helpful

Cons: The kitchen/living room was a little tight and congested but only an issue if you plan to do lots of cooking etc...fine for serving a simple breakfast
