Navona Comfort House

Very nice apartment in excellent location. Very very kind and helpfull hosting.

Pros: We received very helpful information from Chiara even before our trip – she even shared her favorite restaurants with us. She also helped us arrange a taxi, and since the timing worked out well, she let us check in earlier and personally welcomed us at the square. The apartment can be opened through the online system, which worked perfectly every time. The location is fantastic, right on Piazza Navona! It’s also very convenient if you want to take a short break between sightseeing – you can just pop back for a quick rest. The apartment was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked well, and there’s air conditioning (we didn’t use it). We didn’t use the kitchen either, but it looked well equipped.

Cons: If someone is coming mainly to rest, this might not be the best choice. Because of the fantastic central location, it can be quite lively until around 10–11 p.m., and you can clearly hear when other residents come and go in the staircase. However, the apartment itself is not facing the street, so there’s no street noise coming in.

An excellent first trip to Rome, looking forward to planning another

Pros: The location was excellent, very central but quiet. The host, Chiara, was so helpful, friendly and responsive on Whatsapp. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. The online entry system worked perfectly and was easy to use.

Cons: If I'm being picky - the apartment could do with another comfy chair or two and a bread board.

Perfect location-open the door and you are on the Piazza!

Pros: The location was wonderful right on the Piazza. Everything in the apartment was lovely.

Cons: I knew before we went but there is no external view into the Piazza and it was probably a little squissy for four adults compared to other accommodation we have had. It was also a little expensive compared to other apartments I have stayed on the Piazza.

Pros: The host is very nice and polite. Allow us to check-in early and gave us recommendations for restaurants and taxi services for airport pick-up. The location is top, at Piazza Navona. Good size clean apartment with all facilities.

Cons: We did not like the smell. Unfortunately during our stay there was smell of fried oil in the apartment and of fried fish and meat in the bathroom. I suppose it’s from the restaurants that are neighboring the apartment. The place does not have proper windows, just high windows to internal yard. There is an internal window to the stairs of the building from the bedroom that can be noisy when people get down the stairs or go up.

Pros: The property was exceptionally clean - location was fantastic, walking distance to most of the top attractions - living on Piazza Navona for a week was incredible - Chiara was an exceptional host - provided great tips for places to dine.

Fantastic apartment - would recommend

Pros: The apartment is gorgeous. It's clean and modern and looks like it was redecorated recently. It's in a great location and Chiara was very helpful, giving us advice around restaurants and luggage storage. She also warned us about a transport strike on the day we arrived which was very helpful.

Cons: It's a very minor point but it would be good if there was a blind in the bedroom. The window is frosted but overlooks the stairwell and it's very light overnight. Everything else was fantastic and we would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Perfect location, central and walking distance to everything. The area also had some of the best food places in the square and back streets. Host was very organised and helpful, smooth easy booking in with a key system. Apartment extremely clean and well equipped although we didn’t need anything as we ate out but nice to have the option and more space. The air conditioning was lovely too.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: central location, apartment was clean, staff and host were friendly and responsive

Cons: small shower. two aircons but took a while to cool the rooms during daytime in summer heat, in night time was fine.

Pros: Location, ease of communication with the host, incredible to be staying at the heart of action in Rome. Room clean and spacious. Perfect for families. Thanks to our host for a pleasant stay
