Rome at its best! ; )

Pros: Mauro welcomed us personally and immediately gave us a few restaurant and museum tips. He was easy to reach and very helpful. The location of the apartment is unbeatable! Rome at its best! ; )

Cons: The beautyful building was covered in scaffolding (Dez 2025) what was a real pitty — but this had been clearly communicated in advance by the landlord. As it was wintertime, it was okay nevertheless. The small balcony overlooking Piazza Navona must be a dream usually!

Great location, luxurious and comfortable, felt very lucky to stay there.

Pros: Amazing location, very comfortable and clean. Had all utensils could think of. Host was really helpful and gave great recommendations of local places to eat which we went to, and they were amazing.

Cons: Scaffolding in front of window obscuring view.

Pros: Paolo is perfect host! We loved appartment and its location directly on Piazza Navona. It was very comfortable, fully equipped with everything we needed and very nicely decorated.

Fantastic location, spacious apartment, but can be improved.

Pros: The location was simply amazing! Piazza Navona is a convenient place to visit all of Rome, even on foot. In addition, the residence was especially spacious, warm, and equipped with anything one would need, with appliances in good condition. The furniture was in good shape and there weren't things \

Cons: We didn't like that the room was not very clean, especially the floor and the bathroom - e.g. there was limescale all over the shower cabin. There was also some noise from outside, which is expected given the location of the residence. However, when other residents entered the building from the main entrance, or used the staircase, it was vividly audible inside the room, which was a problem during late hours. Some sound insulation on the front door would do a great deal of keeping us from waking up when people walked up the stairs to their own floor.

Best location and extremely charming!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the Novana Charming Balcony apartment. The location was amazing, in walking distance to all the Roman attractions. We didn’t need to catch any transport during our stay. It was also near shops, cafes, restaurants! The apartment was clean and large enough for a family of five. Our host was also extremely friendly and provided us with recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to eat at. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
