Beautiful stay near Vatican

Pros: I loved the area, it's a beautiful neighbourhood, very secured and the apartment is in a fancy condo. The street is full of amenities and close to the main shopping area. The apartment has a good size, comfortable bedroom and living room. The kitchen has all the applications you need to start off. The apartment is very close to Vatican city, just 10 min walk, and 6 min walk to the nearest metro stop. Supermarket behind the building. Gorgeous location! Next time we visit Rome we would most likely come back to this apartment. We loved the experience all up!

Cons: The bathroom could have some renovation, specially the shower. I recommend stayers to bring earplugs, the street is noisy at night and early morning with rubbish and supermarket vans.

Pros: Location. Close to shops, restaurants, and historical highlights.

Cons: Loud noises from the road, shop, and renovations upstairs. Tap in the kitchen wasn't working

Pros: I liked the support provided by the owner of the apartment when i reached there along with my family around 10 PM. Also the instructions provided inside the apartment on how to use the internet, heater, coolers, kitchen etc were good and usefull. Thanks to the owners and I would strongly recommend this place for a good 4 day stay closer to the city center. Nice connectivity via bus and metro and ofcourse nice restraunts around the apartment.

A well located, pleasant flat in a very convenient location surrounded by excellent facilities

Pros: It was in an excellent location for our trip. It was safe and secure, with the benefit of a kitchenette. The managers were considerate and helpful with our requests. We appreciated having a Washing machine

Cons: It took us a while to navigate the electronic access system. The aircon system worked, but was a bit basic and noisy. The decor was functional

Decent place to stay. Needs a few fixes.

Pros: Apartment is spacious, well located and equiped. Basically has all you need for a few days stay and even longer. The host is very responsive, they got back to us in a few minutes each time we contacted them about the house or anything else Rome related. As part of the check in experience, host created the guide which we found very useful. Beds are good, the living room sofa from the apartment pictures is replaced by the bigger bed. You will sleep well.

Cons: Bathroom facilities are old and not functioning well. The host helped by giving the instructions for using shower in their guide, but it was really hard to manage it. The toilet bowl tank handle wasn't working well. If you want to flush the toilet you'd need to raise the tank's ceramic lid up until the point water starts flowing. The electric plugs are old and despite there is an adapter, some lose contact many times during the apliance use.

Pros: The property was safe and housed in a building with a beautifully maintained garden courtyard close to shops and restaurants and only a short walk from the metro. The facilities were adequate and the decor pleasing and clean. The beds were o.k and all the linen and towels impeccable.

Cons: It was very hot inside the apartment as air-conditioning was only in the entrance and stairs. Windows had to be opened at night for cool air and that meant a lot of street noise that was a little difficult for light sleepers. A toaster would have been an asset.

Piso con encanto en un barrio tranquilo y bonito

Pros: Se trata de un piso conveniente y con encanto. El acceso es muy sencillo. El edificio tiene un patio interior bonito y se encuentra ubicado en un barrio tranquilo. El apartamento cuenta con lo necesario para pasar un fin de semana largo.

Cons: La cama extra (sofá cama del salón) no es muy cómoda y entra ruido de bocinas en las horas con más tráfico. También estaria bien que hubiese sal para cocinar.

Pros: Беше чистичко, локацията беше Ок. Съотношението цена - качество горе-долу беше Ок.

Cons: Имахме проблем с отключването на външната врата и нямаше към кого да се обърнем. Когато писахме на домакина да ни даде телефон, за да ни обясни той каза, че не отговаря на телефон. Крановете в банята бяха счупени, едва успявахме да пуснем водата, а когато успееш да я пуснеш после не можеш да я спреш. Много рано освобождаване - в 10 сутринта.

Pros: L'emplacement était très bien. Le lit était confortable.

Cons: Le canapé lit était un peu dur. La douche n'était pas très pratique : la douchette ne fonctionnait pas, les joints de la paroie fuyaient et l'eau chaude ne pouvait pas se couper complètement.

Pros: Posizione ottima e molto vicina alla metropolitana Zona servitissima Casa molto carina e ampia in cui bisognerebbe apportare qualche miglioria specialmente in bagno
