Easy hop to Rome Termini in bus from this apartment

Pros: A beautiful apartment with two double bedrooms and a room with bunk beds. Two bathrooms and sitting room with kitchen as well. This apartment is located near cafes and restaurants and a supermarket about 100 metres away. The bus to Rome centre is about a 5 minute walk.

Cons: The was nothing we didn’t like about the apartment

Pros: The flat is perfect, the owners are very nice and helpful. Location is also good, bus station is near, the city center is 20- 30 minutes by bus.

Stupendo

Pros: La posizione dell'appartamento è notevole zona silenziosa .. vicino la fermata degli autobus su via Nomentana, servizi come supermarket, ristoranti, pizzerie etc vicinissimi e vicina anche la stazione della metro di conca d'oro.. il proprietario molto cortese e premuroso. Altra cosa che mi è piaciuta che ci sono due bagni e poi eravamo a 10 minuti dal complesso sportivo dell'acquacetosa (campo del flaminio, del paolo Rosi etc..), aria condizionata e ventilatori .. tutto nuovissimo..

Cons: Migliorerei ulteriormente il confort aggiungendo i tappetini per i piedi quando esci dalla doccia, le luci allo specchio dei bagni ed aggiungerei un asciugamanino per il bidet ed uno per i piedi .. per il resto tutto al top

Non potevamo chiedere di più! 😍

Pros: Il soggiorno è andato benissimo, la posizione della casa non è molto vicina al centro ma facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi, la casa era in ottime condizione e molto spaziosa, pulita e accogliente. Non mancava niente, tutto a disposizione per ciò che serve, c’era anche un panettone come benvenuto (buonissimo). Il proprietario di casa disponibilissimo e molto simpatico, consiglio a tutti questa struttura per chi vuole passare qualche giorno a Roma. A presto!!!

Pros: Bardzo wygodny apartament dla 5-6 osób, położony w dzielnicy mieszkaniowej, wokół dużo sklepów, kawiarenek, barów. Ceny niższe niż w centrum. Bezproblemowy dojazd do zabytków i dworca kolejowego (autobusy, metro). Apartament wyposażony nawet lepiej niż w opisie Booking.com, jest bezpłatny Internet, potrzebne naczynia i urządzenia kuchenne a nawet kawa herbata na start. Bardzo mili gospodarze, otwarci na potrzeby gości. Z pełnym przekonaniem polecam.
