Comfortable quite appartment, I recommend this for stay.

Pros: Easy communication with the hoste, good location, 15 min to Metro station, easy way to get in the appartment, quite neighbourhood, comfortable beds

Cons: The toilet lid needs to be secured. There was no kettle, large knife, spoons and wine glasses. There were no garbage bags. Soup bowls are not enough for 5 persons.

A pleasant stay it was

Pros: The apartment is nice and clean and looked like that it was recently remodeled. It is equipped with most of the required stuff you might require. Location is good and close to bus stop. Metro is a bit far though, but you can use bus to go to nearest metro station. Some restaurants are available nearby. Check in through code was easy and spotless. You however would need internet to open the building and front doors.

Cons: The power went out all of a sudden and we called the property carer, and he said it is because we have overloaded by switching on the Acs and it was hot in Rome. Anyway he told me where the fuse was in the apartment and I just had to turn it on again. Not such a big deal but i thought you guys should know!

Pros: Clean apartment, bus stop two minutes walk from the flat. They agreed on the last day to leave later for the checkout. They sent us recommendations for restaurants etc.

Cons: There were many restaurants close in the area due to the August holidays.

Pros: Posizione ottima. Appartamento comodo, facile l'accesso. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema al nostro arrivo e il responsabile si è reso disponibile al telefono per risolverlo prontamente. disponibilità e professionalità.

Pros: Appartamento molto accogliente e pulito, dotato di ogni comfort. Proprietario gentile, disponibile, attento alle necessità degli ospiti. Istruzioni chiare su come accedere alla casa dall'app e poi con un codice. Zona tranquilla con mezzi pubblici vicino.

Cons: C'è stato qualche problema con acqua calda, risolto dopo aver aperto il rubinetto anche in cucina. Così poi anche nei bagni l'acqua usciva calda.

Due giorni indimenticabili, la prossima volta resto almeno una settimana

Pros: La zona era tranquilla e facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici.

Cons: Il cuscino era troppo basso e cedevole.

Pros: La ubicación estaba bien, con un supermercado cerca y paradas de bus. El alojamiento era como en las fotos, cómodo, limpio , caliente ,etc...

Cons: La vajilla y la cubertería eran escasas , nos tocó comprar en el supermercado unos cubiertos de plástico porque no había suficientes 😡😡😡😡

Consiglio e ritornerò

Pros: Tutto perfettamente pulito. Abbiamo avuto bisogno di sostituzione del ferro da stiro abbiamo ricevuto immediatamente. Gentile e disponibile.

Foarte frumos. Confortabil, liniștit

Pros: O locatie prietenoasa, cu spatiu suficient pentru odihna, un cartier linistit cu magazine foarte aproape

Cons: Cafetiera este prea complicat de utilizat.
