Pros: Cicha okolica, świetny kontakt z przemiłym właścicielem, bliskość komunikacji (200m od przystanku autobusowego, 500m do metra), stylowe wykończenie, rolety w oknach. Idealny dla 1 osoby lub pary.

Cons: Brak kilku drobiazgów (deska do prasowania, szczotka, mop).
