Great acommodation in Rome!

Pros: We had a great stay! The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is excellent – just a few minutes from bus and metro stations, and within walking distance of the Colosseum. The hosts were very kind and helpful, which made our stay even better. Perfect place to explore Rome. Highly recommended!

Pros: Amazing location, immaculate and very modern. Lovely air conditioning in 3 rooms. Dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee machine all very easy to use. Lovely amount of space for 4 of us and a wheelchair too! Loved the balconies with views. Very well equipped-3 TV's too! Lift very handy.

Pros: All was fine. We arrived at night and it was possible to organize check-in at night. Apartment is in very good location, close to metro and bus and also to main touristic attractions. Also well equipped. Mr Paolo was very helpful and contact person. We can recommend San Giovanni Charming Suites to every kind of tourist both young, older and to families or single.

Pros: Dobry rozkład mieszkania na wyjazd rodzinny (rozkładana kanapa w zamykanym salonie, podwójne łóżko w sypialni i dwa pojedyncze łóżka w drugiej sypialni), nieźle wyposażona kuchnia, miły właściciel, lokalizacja tuż przy metrze, winda i klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju, a także ogrzewanie :)) ładnie urządzone mieszkanie.

Cons: Przydałoby się więcej sztućców, talerzy, szklanek i desek do krojenia! I prysznic się trochę zapychał.

God plassering, romslig leilighet og passet perfekt for 4 stk. Fin pris!

Pros: Det var romslig og vi likte veldig godt at det var romfordeling. Kjøkken og stue var avskilt og det var god strørrelse på soverommene 🫶🏼 Plasseringen var god, det lå nærme to metro stopp og det var gåavstand til shopping, matbutikker, restauranter & kaféer! Det var hyggelig host og overleveringen av nøkkel var ryddig.

Cons: Det var strømbrudd et par ganger, men det fikset vi fort selv.

Imóvel reformado recentemente em excelente localização.

Pros: Localização do imóvel e recepção do Paolo. Paolo foi muito receptivo e atencioso. Não teve pressa em nos mostrar o imóvel e também deixou organizado uma vaga para nosso carro em uma área pública gratuita. Móveis novos, modernos e confortáveis.

Cons: Eventualmente a chave geral da energia desarmava. Nada que tenha atrapalhado nossa estadia pois Paulo já havia nos alertado do problema e também deu dicas de como proceder caso isso ocorresse.

Espectacular departamento para disfrutar de Roma

Pros: El departamento es muy bonito, todo estaba muy limpio y tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar para la estadía. Muy bien ubicado, el metro, buses y tranvía a unos 8 minutos caminando. Hay supermercados y restaurantes cerca. Nos encantó!! Además, Paolo, nuestro anfitrión, ha sido una persona muy preocupada por todo lo que pudiéramos necesitar desde mucho antes de realizar el viaje, nos ha dado toda la información necesaria. Gracias Paolo!!! Lo más seguro es que vuelva a quedarme en San Giovanni Charming Suites en mi próximo viaje a Roma.
