Caracciolo Apartment - Metro San Giovanni

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay. Francesco was an extremely kind and responsive host, he answered all our questions and gave us very good recommendations for truly authentic Italian restaurants. The rooms were clean and spacious enough, with a table and a comfortable sitting area. The kitchen was well equipped, suitable even for longer stays. The location is excellent, a central hub with easy access to buses and the metro, making it very easy to get around Rome. Highly recommended!

Cons: The only less pleasant aspect was related to the heating — the temperature in the apartment was not well regulated. The heating was turned on during the day and switched off at night. The host explained that the heating system is managed by the building and not individually controlled, but it did create some discomfort. Other than that, communication was good and the issues were handled promptly.

Wonderful Christmas in Rome with our Family..

Pros: Francesco’s apartment had everything you would need for your stay, very clean, plenty of towels for the bathroom and the beds were very comfortable…..We all had a wonderful time..

Pros: Clean, comfortable apartment in a good central location, very close to metro stop. Rooms are big with balconies, no living room though so convenient for a short stay for a 4 people or a family. Host Francesco was fantastic and very helpful, made us feel very welcome

Great accommodation and very comfortable beds.

Pros: The host was very kind and everything happened as agreed, communication was great. We arrived on the morning due the the flight and the cleaning was still going on, but we were able to drop off our bags, so everything was great. The street is a little noisy on Saturday night (this is normal in the city), but the windows are very soundproof, the walls are thick so we didn't hear any noise from the neighbors.

Cons: There was no such thing.

Pros: It was a very nice apartment, in a great location. There was a close to the metro station. The owner is a very kind person. I can recommend :)

Pros: Отличный хозяин. Хорошее расположение . Недалеко от центра и метро в шаговой доступности. В следующий раз обязательно будем останавливаться в этой квартире.

Cons: Возможно , не хватает стиральной машины, если вы едите на продолжительное время.
