City Break Nomentana

Pros: Apartment is quite big, we were expecting king of a hotel but got an apartment. Bedroom had a huge wardrobe, also we had a big terrace to sit outside, good coffee machine and were given two bottles of cold water to cool off once we arrived. A lot of cleaning tools as well as shampoo/soap/gel And when we through we would arrive earlier than we expected, the owver offered to store our luggages until we can move in apartment

Warm, cozy, comfortable, homely and safe

Pros: We booked this hotel for our son’s first solo trip to Rome, and we couldn’t have made a better choice. The owner (Alfonso) went above and beyond to make him feel safe, welcome, and at home. From keeping tab of when my son will likely reach the hotel from the airport, to organizing someone from reception to go down and receive him at the entrance, every detail was handled with genuine care. It gave us such peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. Thank you Alfonse for your kindness and personal touch — it truly made a difference!

Great stop on our Pilgrimage to the Vatican.

Pros: The host was outstanding. He gave us a choice of rooms and we took quiet in preference to a view of the square. He also provided good information about things happening in Rome that might affect us.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind.

Cons: Nothing, just mentioning that there’s no elevator (1st floor) and the bed was a bit too soft.

Great place to serve as a base for Rome

Pros: It was a very quiet hotel just outside of the main hustle and bustle of Rome. Very easy to get into the centre by bus (20 mins without traffic), with the bus stop being a few minutes walk. The metro station is a bit further away (about 15 min walk) but there are multiple transport options should you need it. Property was clean, staff were friendly and reasonably priced.

Cons: Only thing we would say is that there is no breakfast provided, however the building doesn’t really have the facilities for this. There are some restaurants/cafe’s nearby though if you need

Pros: Very nice people, good location, possibility to take the bus or the taxi to reach the city centre. We also find a place to park the car. Clean, modern and confortable room. Bathroom included.

Pros: Very clean modern bedroom and bathroom. Everything that was required for a comfortable stay. Room faced a quiet courtyard and there was no outside noise heard. Several good cafes and bars close by and good transport links to the rest of the city. Would recommend booking a table if eating locally at night as it can get busy.

Pros: The location is great! Nested in a historical building placed in the square of a quiet outskirts neighbourhood of Rome, both the accommodation and the surroundings are perfect to relax after a long day in the city. Very clean, with daily refreshing of the room, and the hosts are brilliant, welcoming, and kind. Our experience in Rome almost didn't happen, as we had booked another accommodation previously, that cancelled a couple of days before we were supposed to depart, but Alfonso taking us in last minute definitely made up for that. Would stay again and highly recommend!

Cons: One small point here, the doors to the rooms are a bit light, which might be an issue if all rooms are booked in terms of noise, but after a long day walking, it's not a problem that affects your stay.

Excellent value outside of the city center. Well worth the short commute to save the money.

Pros: Location is only 30 mins from city centre by bus. Plenty of excellent restaurants in the area. rooms were clean. Air conditioning working

Cons: The square outside on the weekend got very busy and was very loud with windows open. Windows closed with air conditioning and was easy to fall asleep. Cleaning lady in the morning was rude and not friendly.
