Nice place and helpful host

Pros: It was very handy for me to be in the area as I had family to visit. Great to have air conditioning as Rome was 36 degrees!

Pros: Lovely flat, decorated with a lot of taste and amazing terrace!

Cons: The boiler does not function properly so the water goes cold and hot constantly I therefore only took quick showers 😉

Pros: Overal, the place was quite tidy, modern and easy to find. Owner was excelent, helpful and friendly. He even picked up phone at night and helped us. Communication was perfect. One large advantage is that there was air conditioning. Bed was comfortable, a lot of place to put our things. The TV had Youtube and Netflix.

Cons: There was some stains on the towels and sheets. Was quite weird that the bathroom was out of our room, so we needed to go out of our room , lock it and get to the bathroom while other people walked there.

Pros: The host was super helpful, giving us insights about the city. During the stay, I got sick a bit, and the host was keen to recommend hospitals and even offered to talk to the pharmacist as well. Given that we didn't speak Italian, that was great relief for us. The apartment was cosy and very spacious, clean, and tidy. Highly recommended.

Pros: The room is after renovation, the bed is quite comfortable, everything you need is there.

Cons: The shower does not work well, the water is hot or cold. Not enough light in the room. The wifi goes off periodically.

Pros: My partner and I stayed here in April and really loved our stay! We were greeted by the lovely hosts as soon as we arrived and were shown our rooms. The shared living room was very clean and everything you could need and more, as well as a lovely big patio. Th bedrooms were very clean as well as the bathrooms. The aircon worked great and the shower was also great too. It's a short distance to the metro station as well as very good bus links. There are nice places to grab breakfast before going into the city centre and lovely places for dinner that the host suggested too. I would recommend staying here instead of the city centre if you want to save money but still have an amazing stay, would definitely come back! Thank you to our amazing host :)

Pros: The host was making sure the guests are fine from the very beginning. They came in person for the late check in after 22 to show the apartment and give tips for our stay in Rome (recommending us local restaurants, explaining the public transportation). The apartment was very clean, kitchen was nicely equipped. There was air conditioning, coffee machine and a patio available for guests. The area where apartment is located is very calm providing a rest after a whole day of sightseeing the city center. The contact with host was easy throughout the whole stay. The metro station nearby allowed us easy access to all the tourist spots in the city. The restaurants in the area are serving delicious dishes typical for Rome. In @osteriasette best carbonara. Recommending this place a lot, will definitely come back here if we will be visiting Rome again.

Pros: Very clean apartment. Room was very clean and tidy and also the lounge common area. Very helpful owners and got a recommended a great restaurant which they even personally booked for me at my requested time.
