Good for the price and location.

Pros: Well placed near Metro station and a lot of restaurants are nearby. The owner was very nice and tried to explain everything, unfortunately our Italian wasn‘t so good, but we could understand more than enough. We also asked to come earlier since our flight came on 10:30 and the request was accepted. Thank you Rita. The apartment is very good and has everything you need from kitchen to bedrooms, a bathroom with washing machine and very important, air conditioning. We have been at the end of september and the weather was not so hot but still very warm so the air conditioning was a bless.

Cons: Well the windows doesn‘t have mousquito net. For the future this would be an improvement since they are very agressive. There were fluids which you can use them on the wall socket but not everybody likes them.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Appia Apartment. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect—close to everything I needed. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, making the whole experience even better. I highly recommend it!

M-am simtit ca intr-un paradis

Pros: Camerele spatioase, designul, curatenia, gradina si parfumul florilor, locatia (aproape de metrou - 10 min mers pe jos, de statiile de autobuz, de parc, de magazine, mall, restaurante), pat confortabil, gazde primitoare si foarte amabile. Am avut apa plata, minerala, bere, gustari pentru micul dejun.
