Pros: Very nice and communicative host, room was cleaned every day, great location (close to subway and Vatican city) - almost everything we visited on foot. Peaceful and safe surroundings.

Cons: We knew we have booked a place without a kitchen and i didnt expect it but a glass or a plate available would be nice :)

Pros: The location was great, staff super responsive and friendly.

Cons: The room is a bit small and has basic furniture, but overall great.

Pros: The city of Rome is fabulous and spectacularly beautiful, worth visiting, but be careful where you stay.

Cons: I don't even know how to start to be fair and honest, I don't want to denigrate or bother anyone, I want to say exactly what I felt and what I was offered for the money paid. I believe that doing tourism or offering someone your location for tourist purposes means more than providing them with a room to sleep or take a shower. The price you asked for is not fair in relation to the offer. As a location it is a very good one, but the room amenities leave something to be desired, it seems that the owner is only interested in collecting money and not in the respect due to those who pay a fairly high price for what he offers. The bed mattress turned upside down because the sleeping side was super dirty with pee and probably other things; the turned mattress created great discomfort when sleeping, but it seems that the owner doesn't mind if he gets his money in these conditions. What can I say about the mini bar, in the description it says there is one, but in reality it doesn't. At least a bottle of water and a coffee maker could have been in that room. I didn't even find a simple glass in the room. It seems that some owners take advantage of the name of the area, namely the city of ROME, which is famous and fabulously beautiful, a world brand that doesn't deserve the mockery of some who don't know how to have the decency to make guests feel at least decent for staying in their locations. It's a shame that some people are so indifferent to their own business, which practically brings them income for their own living, but what can I say, when the brand, the location, namely a city like ROME, helps you, which you practically only use but in return you don't give anything back, and what's more, you risk losing it at some point through your behavior towards tourists.

Perfect for mini-vacation :)

Pros: The location is great (near Cipro metro station). It is very clean. Bathroom is new and clean. And the staff (ALESSIO) is very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything. Bed could be more comfortable. And it would be better if there was a kettle in the room.

Very near to vatican museums entrance

Pros: Cozy room, spacious bathroom, helpful hosts, very near to vatican gate. Good value for price.

Cons: The nearest way from metro/bus station involves lot of stairs, it was difficult with heavy luggage, that area did not seem safe at night. The hotel in itself is good, the area below stairs has good super markets and eateries. The bath area itself was lil small, I kept on hitting door but that's rome for you haha.

Pros: The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the place is communicative. Alessio is really kind and answers any questions and situations.

Pros: Great location. Right beside Vatican museum but also close to a local neighborhood with excellent cafes and restaurants with very reasonable prices away from the tourist areas where prices are higher. Also a short walk to the metro station.

Cons: Traffic noise at night/early morning.
