Modern, Spacious, Clean Apartment near Cornelia Metro Station
Pros: Spacious, clean, modern apartment in the vicinity of Vatican City. Not very far from Cornelia Metro Station. Hand over of the key was quick and professional through the representative of the host. Host offered to extend the checkout time from 10am to afternoon (as no new guests where checking in). This was MOST appreciated. Thanks much!
Cons: Although the kitchen is equipped, a few more bowls, glasses and cutlery and the supply of another dishwasher and laundry cleaning soap pod would make it even better.

Pros: Abbiamo avuto modo di soggiornare 5 notti nell'appartamento di Alessio. Inanzitutto un complimento va proprio al gestore. Una persona squisita in tutti i sensi, umanamente,come disponibilità e come cura. Poi il suo appartamento una vera chicca. Perfetto e dico perfetto in tutti i sensi. Nel confort, nei dettagli, nella pulizia, nel design, nella premura nella disposizione. Perfetto è dire poco. Dovete assolutamente andarci anche solo per vedere le foto alle pareti. Noi siamo stati più che positivamente affascinati. Nei paraggi c'è un mega supermercato fornito di ogni e la metro è molto vicina. Noi lo consigliamo vivamente, Come dice Barbieri il viaggio vale ALLA GRANDE. Bravo Alessio!!!!!!! Cecilia

Molto piacevole
Pros: Il proprietario é stato molto gentile, non ha lasciato niente al caso, avevamo capsule di caffè e anche una bottiglia di vino in omaggio. Tutto eccellente

Estadia de 3 noites em Roma
Pros: Espaço amplo, confortável e muito agradável. Inserido num condomínio seguro e muito cuidado Atendimento muito atencioso. Localização boa, com 2 paragens de metro até ao Vaticano. Recomendo vivamente .

Pros: – L’host è stato molto gentile, disponibile e attento alle esigenze. – L’appartamento è accogliente e ben tenuto. – Comunicazione facile e veloce. – Raffrescamento eccellente.
Cons: – Avremmo preferito un lenzuolo leggero al posto del piumino, ma non era disponibile. – C’è un piccolo rigonfiamento sul pavimento del corridoio dovuto a un’infiltrazione in attesa di intervento. – La rubinetteria ha molto calcare; abbiamo dovuto sistemare temporaneamente bidet e lavandino. – Il divano sarebbe più confortevole con un copridivano. – La posizione non è delle più comode: si trova tra due fermate della metro, ma con salite e discese, e i collegamenti bus non aiutano (ATAC permettendo).

This place was 10/10! Would stay here again!
Pros: The place was very spacious, cleanly and comfortable. The location was nice and quiet and great because there was a bus stop right there and a metro station up a few blocks with a few nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Our host was very gracious and left us with a bottle of wine, and coffee for the place. We had a laundry machine to do our much needed laundry and overall I would absolutely stay here again.
Cons: The key for the outside gate didn't work well so we mostly had to put our hand through the gate and use the key on the opposite side. We only got the key to work once from the correct side. Besides that everything was great!

Výborná kvalita ubytovania za rozumnú cenu neďaleko historického centra Ríma.
Pros: Tento bytík bol super výber, bol veľmi pekný a cítili sme sa tam ako doma, bolo tam všetko možné vybavenie. Ceníme najmä práčku a sušičku (keďže sme prvý deň zmokli, tak sa nám to veľmi zišlo). Hostitelia veľmi milí, komunikácia bola s nimi rýchla a jednoduchá. Oceňujeme aj krásne okolie, nádherný balkón a súkromie. Z našej ulice bolo vidieť aj Baziliku sv. Petra 🙂
Cons: Je to cca 10-15 min od najbližšej zastávky metra a do kopca (cesta od ubytovania do metra Cornelia), čiže ranná rozcvička zaručená. Konieckoncov nám to nevadilo, pretože to bolo hlbšie v lokalite bytoviek, čiže tam bol naozaj kľud a okrem občasných skútrov v noci úplne ticho. Jediné negatívum je, že sme bytík nemohli využiť viac, lebo sme boli celé dni vonku 🙂

Pros: Das Apartment ist optimal ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet liebevolle Details auf den Balkon,der rund Begründung ist.Alles sehr gut durchdacht.Bei einem nächsten Rom Besuch kommen wir sehr gerne wieder ,den Alessio ist ein super Gastgeber zum Empfang stand sogar eine Flasche Wein und Espresso Kapseln bereit,danke dafür.!Bernard und Angelica

Fijn appartement in Rome!
Pros: Het is een fijn appartement, alles is er. Keuken zeer goed voorzien. Balkon, goed bed, mooie badkamer. Alles heel goed onderhouden. We waren er een week, erg fijn!
