Good location on Rome

Pros: Good location, spacious room. It was nice to get a free coffee and croissant in the morning cleaning service every day. Nice owner.

Cons: Mold in Bathroom Need urgently new Mattresses. They are bend. Something the owner cannot change but is still a minus: elevator not working and staircase looks creepy.

Pros: location was excellent near the train station and the room was sizeable

Cons: check-in was tiresome as you are served by the restaurant staff 150 meters away. they let us wait 15 minutes, were nice enough once they were free but lacked knowledge of English. This resulted in lack of sheets for the second bed.

Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Pros: Good location, very clean, very good beds, and nice staff. The rooms are on the fourth floor of an apartment building that has a small elevator. The foyer area and the room were very nice. The room, with its own bathroom, was spacious and very clean. The common areas of the building (main entrance foyer and stairs) could use some maintenance, but it did not create a problem for our stay. Since it is an apartment building, you need to go to Florian's Ristorante/Caffetteria (about 1 1/2 blocks away) to \

Comfortable apartment close to Rome Terminal.

Pros: Great location very close to Rome Terminal. Elegant room with large comfortable bed and wardrobe, parquet flooring and balcony with double shutters. Room cleaned daily. Breakfast and check-in 50 meters down the road at Florian's restaurant.

Cons: The ground level doormans room filled with rubbish bags who's foul smell grew daily. The lift was small and awkward and sometimes failed to arrive.

Pros: We perfectly satisfied with this room. Even Balcony was beautiful. Especially the beds and pillow were nicer than I expected. The most satisfied thing was the location. It's super close to Termini station. We walked everywhere in 4day of Rome trip. AND host was so kind and caring. She gave us coffee and bread in the morning. Room cleaning was also very clean. Grz
