Guesthouse Alex II

Good value for money.

Pros: The location is great, the cleanliness is excellent, the breakfast is good, but without a doubt, Mrs. Matilda's service deserves special mention. She was extremely pleasant and helped us with valuable information, in addition to being very friendly. She is certainly the hotel's calling card.

Cons: The shower needs to be checked, as does the shower stall door. At times, the shower temperature fluctuated significantly. Sometimes during a shower, the water would suddenly become ice cold, and the Wi-Fi signal is quite unstable, but this didn't compromise our stay in Rome. I would definitely stay here again.

Centrally located nice accommodation

Pros: It's centrally located, which is very convenient for us as we needed to leave for the airport early in the morning and they let us check out from 4am. Also, the check in is after 2pm but you can store your luggage at the reception at another property of theirs on the same street after 10am so that is handy. The room is spacious and clean. The cafe and restaurants are nearby and the supermarket of the decent size is about 5min walk from the guesthouse.

Cons: Nothing particular.

Clean and comfortable.

Pros: Very central, nice to plan the days around it. Clean, organized, and comfortable.

Cons: There’s a restaurant downstairs that is filled with tourist getting drunk and screaming until 3am. Couldnt sleep that early but the stay was cool.

Great guesthouse close to Termini

Pros: Everything was clean and the location was great. They even offered free breakfast

Convenient

Pros: The location is great, close to affordable eateries, a grocery store, trains and buses. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Room temperature was also comfortable. Price was great.

Cons: You can hear the music from the bar next door,until late at night. However, I was easily able to sleep through it once I got used to it. The people there were mostly young ones from the nearby hostel, not rowdy.

Definitly going back someday.

Pros: The staff was so helpful and friendly. It's also very nice to have a bathroom for 3 or 4 people. It feels really private. Also the Yellowbar, right underneath it, is a great place to meet people.

Pros: I like that they gave us a key so we can enter anytime. The location is also very good and one of the best locations to stay in rome. The room was clean enough and it can make solo travellers comfortable also.

Cons: I wish there was a kitchen to cook some things. Also i always pay the price shown on the app but this time we had to pay a tourist tax of 20 euros each which i thought it was included in the price because it said tax included.

Pros: Clean accomodation. Comfortable. Good position, close to Termini station.

Cons: Bad signal and wifi- not only hotels but my own.

Best place

Pros: The employees were excellent and the place was very cleam

Pros: very nice staff and I love Italy. Very beautiful city I would say
