Pros: The location was very practical few steps from Termini. Shaun (the employee who works there) was very polite, helpful always checking if we need anything. The room was clean and bigger then the photo.

Excellent stay in a great location

Pros: I had a wonderful stay here during my visit to Rome. The location is excellent – situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood, yet very close to both the metro and train station, which made getting around the city super convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafés just steps away, so you’ll never run out of dining options. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a reliable AC that made the summer heat much more bearable. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, and all the necessary amenities were thoughtfully provided. What really stood out to me was the staff – they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. Considering the quality of the experience, the price was truly amazing. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome, and I’d be happy to stay here again in the future.

Great stay. Great location. Would come back!

Pros: Friendly staff. Very helpful and kept in touch about our stay. The room was clean and just what we needed. Very close to the station.

Cons: Opposite our room is a loud bar and kept the kids awake late but that's not the property's fault. If I was to stay again though I would ask to stay on the other side.

A comfortable and affordable stay with excellent location, great hospitality, and thoughtful extras like free breakfast

Pros: I liked the convenient location near the metro and central train station, the polite and accommodating hosts, the free 2-day breakfast at a nearby café, the daily room service with clean towels and bed preparation, and the free coffee machine available all day. The complimentary luggage storage after checkout was also a great convenience.

Cons: While the overall cleanliness of the room was decent, more attention to detail in the bathroom would have made the stay even better.

Pros: The location of the place is perfect! Termini Station is 5-6min. away by foot and you can easily reach the most famous sights of Rome in less than 20-25min. using the public transport. The attitude of the staf was pleasant, our room was cleaned and new towels were provided every day.
