Perfect place for a Rome visit

Pros: Room was basic but totally ok. The location is prime! Just few minutes walk from Termini train station. Several dinner options around in a safe neighbourhood.

Great convenient location next to the central station - easy walk to Colosseum

Pros: Room large and spacious, if not a little rustic. The decor and furnishings seemed a little dated but did not disrupt my stay. Breakfast was fine, not exceptional, but the service of one or two staff members was great!

Cons: The bedroom though large felt somewhat dated.

Close to Station and very comfortable for a short stay

Pros: Ten minutes from the train station and easy bus access. Comfortable if a little tired. Nice staff and great to have a little garden.

Fantastic value for money, 100% would return

Pros: Fantastic location, plenty of local restaurants, 5 mins walk to the train station. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was spotlessly clean, rooms spacious , quiet & lovely bathroom.

Cons: We liked pretty much everything! Lack of plug sockets in the room, but we just unplugged the tv & used that instead.

Pros: Loved the gardens out side would sit and have a drink after long day sites seeing

This is a very conveniently placed hotel with helpful staff. The rooms are clean and basic.

Pros: Very convenient location, helpful professional staff and nice garden. I felt safe.

Cons: The room had no reading lights and not enough conveniently placed power points for phone charging. I was on the street level so it was noisy early in the mornings with noisy tourists and their trolleys. The breakfast was not very tempting. I would have linde some fresh fruit.

Pros: Just a few minutes’ walk from Roma Termini—perfect for getting around Rome and to the airport. Safe area with restaurants and markets nearby. The building is well-maintained; my third-floor room felt newly renovated, especially the bathroom. Clean, spacious for two, with a nice yard to relax or work. Very kind staff and great value for money.

Cons: Nothing important, always the location near a central station can be a little bit tricky but was safe and you can even walk to many areas. The breakfast can be improved but for the price it has it was very good.

Pros: Good location, close to restaurants and the train and bus station. Being able to have breakfast in house every morning was very convenient. Room was simple but clean and comfortable.

Cons: Fridge wasn't working very well.

A great stay for a short trip in Rome!

Pros: Perfect size for myself. Comfy bed & nice shower room with good water pressure. Plenty of storage and a desk to work from. Air conditioning was very good. Mini fridge was cold. Has everything you need for a nice night away. Few minutes walk from the central train station so easy to find! Very beautiful 19th century building.
