Very nice

Pros: I highly recommend this hotel because it equips clean bathroom, bed, wifi and everything is kept clean. Hotel staffs are kind to me likely they kindly allow me to early check-in around 8 am and kept my luggage after my check-out.

Fabulous place great location

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Capri. The owner is such a helpful and sweet lady, always ready to assist and make guests feel welcome. The rooms are really nice, clean, and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The location is excellent—just a 3–4 minute walk from Roma Termini station, which makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. I would definitely recommend Hotel Capri to anyone visiting Rome!

Pros: Very nice stay. We arrived at night but it was not a problem. Comfortable room, cleaned every day. There is elevator which was important ,as we were with baby stroley. Very helpfull staff, also it was posssible to leave the lugge after check out- big plus. I can recommend for sure !

Perfect for a short stay just outside of the centre

Pros: This is the perfect place to stay just outside the centre of Rome. A 3 minute walk to Roma Termini station which was perfect for public transport around the city and getting outside of Rome. Was about 2km walk or so to the centre. The area felt safe and the room was super clean! Allowed us to check in after hours which helped us out so much.

Almost perfect.

Pros: The location was great for us, being so close to the train station. We were given a better room than the economy room that we initially booked, which was a lovely touch. The room was a great size and comfortable.

Cons: We were initially not provided with the remote control for the air conditioner and had to request this, which was then given to us. The first night was quite hot and uncomfortable due to this. We were also told on arrival that the city tax could only be paid in cash, however we did not have cash on us at that point and struggled to find an ATM in the city that was not going to charge us a high fee for withdrawals. When we explained this to the staff member, we were told that we could in fact pay by card but they were not happy with this due to the additional fee to them. Our room was not made following this, although had been the days prior.
