Pros: The location is excellent — it’s conveniently situated near Termini Station, making it easy to reach from the airport by bus and simple to get around the city. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of fresh options to start the day. What stood out the most was the staff: everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome for its great location, cleanliness, and welcoming service.

Pros: Hotel was amazing. From front desk staff to bar staff they were so nice. Room was big and clean. Location is top 2 minutes from Termini.

Pros: Situated within walking distance of many of the big attractions and a stones throw from the main train station of Rome

Great location

Pros: The location to the Termini was great. For a quick stop over in between flights it gave us easy access to anywhere in Rome and also close by so we weren't taking our luggage long distances.

My stay was very enjoyable.

Pros: The property is in a good location, not far from Termini station which simplified my movement within Rome. It is also a walkable distance from Mary Major Basilica. The rooms are very clean and it is also fairly new. The staff are very supportive as well.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: We had a room with a terrace, which was very pleasant. The room and bathroom was spacious (very worth paying a little more for this room), and the staff were kind and very helpful (the cleaner always said hello of a morning, the reception staff helped us when we needed to book restaurants by phone but were struggling!). My partner said the pool had a temperature issue one day (a bit too hot) but otherwise was very useful to swim a few lengths. Was a bit worried about the location, but it’s actually so useful being near Termini, and having a wonder down past Santa Maria Maggiore of an evening was lovely!

Cons: The decor in the room (grey and red) could be a little abrasive. The bathroom doors don’t properly ‘shut’ which lacks a little privacy, but at least it’s not see-through like in some places these days! The breakfast was basic, but okay for a coffee, some toast/yoghurt and getting us out the door.

Overall a pleasant stay, great location, friendly staff

Pros: The hotel location was fantastic as it is around the corner from the Termini train station and has a number of cafe's and restaurants in walking distance. The staff were very helpful and polite throughout the hotel. The dessert counter was loaded with top quality treats! Rooms were clean and everything worked as it should. Good sized rooms and loved the Juliet balcony.

Cons: The beds were uncomfortable for us. I am used to sleeping on a memory foam mattress so a hard mattress like the one at this hotel was not pleasant at all. This is a preference thing so I can imagine people would be fine with this. There is no kettle or ironing facilities in the room, which I think a hotel of this standard should definitely have.
